    Water damage

    It was a pleasure to do business with 5 Star Dry All water damage company where Bob and his crew did an outstanding job for us lately. My laundry pipe was broken while on working and I was out for shopping. Water went around the laundry machine in main floor and went all the way to basement. I have a beautiful laminate in basement which we did couple of months ago. I really appreciate the fast and professional technicians and Bob from 5 stardryall. They save our laminate by using a special technique without moving it which we are very thankful for could cost us way more. It took them 4 days for drying process. Joe was always on time. I want to special thanks for Steve for very clean job. Thank you Bob for your management. They did a great job. We really like their great water damage Restoration services and recommend them to others. Thank you Home Stars for such a great review web site for us homeowner where it make it very easier for us to hire a company of our choice.

    water damage

    Professional, reliable and very friendly restoration services from Bob at 5 star cleaning and his crew recently hired for our flooded basement due to broken pipe. They dried my basement with cleaning the rug and carpets that also got wet. They also changed the under pad for my carpets. They saved most of our stuff from the water damage and It took them 3 days to do the drying process and cleaned and disinfect it after wards as well. we were very happy with their great, fast, professional and very friendly customer services. We recommend their amazing water damage restoration to others.

    Water damage clean up and reapir

    We would like to thank ypou 5 star cleaning crew for their amazing job in responding to our emergency call when we needed them right away. We just got back from a great family vacation on late evening that found our basement is flooded and my university student son lives there too. We were very worried that we might have lost most of his belonging. Bob and his technicians came in right away and tried theor best to save as much as possible the stuff and property.Bob and his crew were very professional, friendly and reliable in drying, cleaning and reapiring all water damaged issues in our basement. We got our basement back in order,clean, fresh and organized. We happily recommend their great services to others.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I used 5-Star Cleaning to clean our store carpets. I called to get a quote which I found to be a bit pricy but still competitive. 5-Star was efficient and fast - so fast in fact they cleaned the our carpets much sooner than anticipated. To make up for this error 5-Star stored our carpets for a month free of charge. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to other businesses in the area.

    Carpet cleaning of my new house

    I just bought a new house and looked into getting our 3 bedroom carpet cleaning done before we move in. After researching and reading reviews, 5 Star Cleaning gave me a best sense of trust. Bob and his technician Danny came on time. They explained in details what needs to be done. They suggested to also have dis infecting and deodorizing as well so that is clean and safe for my family to live in. They made sure that I was happy with the price and services. He also provided me with lots of good insights to me as a new home owner. I am very satisfied with their great services and cost.     Flooded basement

    Very friendly , prompt, and professional services in dealing with our flooded basement. They did great job in drying and changing underpad and installing the new undepad. They disinfect and clean the carpet as well. The result was amazing. Thank you Bob and his great crew for your great customer services.

    Wet carpet cleaning, carpet stretching

    We moved to new house 3 weeks ago and just settled in. I noticed our carpets got wet. Found 5stardryall on home stars.called them up and Bob and his crew came in as agreed. Took all the wet underpads and dried the carpets and behind the baseboards. After 4 days they installed new under pad and stretched the carpets. They clean the carpet. Their services were great. We were very happy with services and cost. We would like to refer their services to others.

    Broken pipe and flooded basement

    We just moved to new house couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, our laundry machine was working while we were out of home and was broken caused the flooding in our house. Bob responded to our call and came in with his crew as planned. They were very fast, considerate and very professional. We were updated with all the step involved from drying to repairs needed afterwards. We were very greatfull for their outstanding water damage restoration services while accommodating around our busy reschedule. We gladly recommend their great restoration services to others. We will for sure use their services again if needed.
