Tom has been amazing during the inspection. He answered all the questions we had and pointed out things we couldn't have known. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I found Tom through this website (HomeStars) and I can confirm that the great reviews here accurately reflect his service. He was very thorough, meticulous and systematic with his work. He would explain what he is going to do, perform the inspection itself on one section of the house (e.g basement), while taking pictures/notes on his tablet. He would then walk you through the whole process again, pointing out any issues that he found and explaining the potential impact. He would then repeat this process on the other sections of the house (e.g main level, outside the house, etc). Throughout the whole inspection, he encourages you to ask questions about any potential issues/observations that you have, and patiently explains them to you. I found him to be nice, friendly and knowledgeable; and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good home inspector.

From the moment of my initial contact with Tom to the present day, his service has been a 10/10. He clearly explained everything he was doing, what the scope of his work included, and the context of any work or repair required. I felt extremely confident with his method of Inspection and it assisted me greatly with our Real Estate transaction. He took a lot of stress out of the home buying process.

This is the 3rd time with different inspectors that we went through the process of a home inspection and this was by far the best one. We had our house inspected by Thomas Rando and all these reviews are TRUE! He was knowlegable, informative, patient and professional. Thomas took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush the inspection. Thomas was a breath of fresh air! We highly recommend him.

Tom came to do the inspection on time. He was very polite and pleasant to speak with and did a thorough job of inspecting all the rooms. He answered all of our questions, and the report that he gave us was awesome, it had helpful suggestions and tips. We hired Tom based on the hundreds of reviews here on Homestars. He didn't disappoint. A total professional in every way. He showed up on time, had a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of home construction/maintenance, and was willing to answer as many questions as we could throw at him. Pictures of every item (no matter how small) which needed attention were provided in his 54 page summary at the end of the day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone who needs a home inspection.
