I'm very satisfied with Tom's inspection. He's on time, knowledgeable and experienced. Explained very well the results and removed my worries. He went above and beyond than Air Quality Inspection. I'm glad I went with him.

We chose Clearview because of their very high rating on Home Stars. The inspection was booked on short notice. Tom was prompt, very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through each phase of the inspection and explained some the areas of the home that would most benefit from some attention. The full report was provided on the same day. Mr Rando was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The inspection was performed thoroughly and efficiently. A complete walk through was included at the end of inspection to explain findings. All questions were answered and a written report was emailed within 24 hours. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to a friend.

Tom helped us to have a inspection of a semi-detached house in Aurora. He arrived well before the appointment time although it rained heavily that day. He is super professional and kindness and is willing to answer any questions we have. He has excellent knowledges for the house and showed us very professional skills. We got a very professional report about the house with many detailed photos at the same day at night. I highly recommend him!
