I used Clearview Home & Property Inspections for a recent home purchase. Tom performed the inspection for the house and I was very impressed by his work. His strategy of inspecting each section of the house first and then walking you through to show item(s) of concern was great. At the conclusion of the inspection I left knowing a great deal about my potential new house. Most importantly my customer service experience didn't change even after he was paid - same care was given to me when I had more questions relating to the inspection. Excellent company and inspector - you can't go wrong.

I required an inspection service in extremely short notice due to a bidding war. Upon my call to ClearView, I spoke with Tom, who was extremely accommodating to me. I was able to arrange in inspection within 24 hours on a weekend. Not only he was on time, but the attentive to detail was astonishing. I learned so much in the process that I felt this wasn't just an inspection, but an inspection and a lesson combined in one. Tom was extremely knowledge and patient. He took the time to answer all the questions I had. I believe this, and along with his professionalism is one of the contributing factors as to why the reviews are extremely consistent and positive. In the same evening, I received a 50+ page report through E-mail that contained a lot of information in regards to his findings, pictures on where the problems were, and various types of recommendations. The greatest thing during this whole inspection process was the fact that I learned so much from Tom in such a short period of time. I will definitely recommend Tom to any of my friends and family for any type of home inspections.

We had just recently purchased our home, built in the 1970's, and we wanted a thorough home inspection done. Vahn was our home inspector and we were so impressed with his professionalism and good advice. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and clear in pointing out the areas we need to pay attention to and ways to make our house more energy efficient and safe. We had great experience using Clearview Home & Proper Inspections services , Tom was most responsive in quickly calling back and setting up the appt in a very short notice . Vahn arrived on time and did an extensive inspection . We are first time home buyers and he was very patient with all our questions and walked us through the findings of each area at the site . He gave the time required and didnt rush with any inspection . It was an older house so we went for the infrared scan as well . The report was very detailed and easy to read , it allowed us to make an informed decision on the purchase and negotiate with the seller to offset the high priority repairs.

We had Clear View to complete a home inspection of our house. We are in the process of doing some mayor renovations mostly on the outside of house but were not 100% sure if waterproofing and other important work was necessary beforehand. Someone recommended to contact Clear View for peace of mind. Tom Random was our home inspector and he did an excellent job providing thorough information about the conditions of our house. He explained everything in detail and patiently. He used the infrared and other tools to show us some issues that need to be addressed. The same day we received the Full Home Inspection Report online with pictures, diagrams and recommendations. We are very happy with the service that Clear View has provide and would recommend them to anybody that is planning on doing mayor renovations but need to understand what the priorities are before spending thousands of dollars with contractors.

My family and I are extremely happy with the inspection that Bob performed on our house. The house is 40 years old. Bob was very helpful with pointing out at all the things we have to know, showed us some areas that need to be fixed and paid attention to. Bob was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to details both inside and outside the house; he was very patient, respectful and responsible. The report was delivered the same day. Tom from Clearview Home & Property Inspections was on time, courteous and above all very knowable. He pointed out potential issues and how hard and approximately what they would cost to fix. He encourages you to ask questions if you are unsure about anything that he has pointed out or things that you might think would be a issue. I would defiantly recommend Clearview to anyone.

The home inspector, Tom Rando was thorough, patient and he explained everything in detail.The Inspection report was even more detailed and easy to read.I was very confident with the inspection overall and will definitely use this company again.

We purchased our home 3 years ago and had the Home Inspection of the previous home owners when we moved in. Everything looked good. Within 10 days we had a number of issues that involved plumbing and our entire first floor had to be redone after water damage. We’ve done a lot of work on the house - but we noticed the same issue with the tub above our dining room that a plumbing company (Ask Mechanical) had fixed three years ago. We called Thomas at ClearView Home & Property Inspections. He was very thorough and asked some really great questions as to what we were looking for from this estimate/service. To us, it was peace of mind to ensure that we weren’t going to consistently run into the same issues on our older home. Also to be pre-emptive with future repairs. Tom showed up on time (to the minute!) and spent 3 hours walking me through absolutely everything (inside and out). He also used the thermal imaging and identified the same issue with our bathroom / dining room ceiling. This also helped us get this repaired asap from the original company at no cost to us. The report and overview was fantastic and incredibly helpful. Tom loves what he does and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. If I could give him a100 star rating I would - because he made life easy for us. Also, we now have the peace of mind we wanted knowing what needs to get done…and what’s in great shape!
