It was very convenient to set up the inspection appointment in a short notice. Our inspector, Tom, was very professional, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the detailed explanations Tom provided on site, as he was performing the inspection. His suggestions and tips on how to deal with issues and potential issues were very informative and helpful. I recommend this company.

I found Clearview Home and Property Inspection on Homestars and knew instantly that I will go with them to have the home inspection done on the property that me and my husband had put an offer on. After I left a voicemail with my phone number, Tom called me back within the hour and booked an appointment. The day of the inspection we found tom already at the site and he had started to work. My husband I were finally ready to take a step forward together and purchase our first home. We placed an offer on a house and when it was accepted we searched for a home inspector that was highly recommended. Still not sure what to expect, we met with Clearview Home Inspections to get the ball rolling. Tom was very nice, presentable and very well informed. He surveyed the outside of the house, making sue to inspect every side as well as the roof. Once he was finished he made his way inside and inspected the electrical, plumbing, heating and the interior, making sure to take notes on his findings. He was very thorough and efficient, and his report at the end was well worth the wait. It was detailed and very easy to follow.
