We recently invited Tom for home inspection. Excellent and prompt service. They accommodated my last min request. Tom was very detail and provided us all the details about every small observation. We know we can fully trust the inspection have peace of mind.

I hired Thomas Rando twice to do home inspection on the last 2 houses i bought. He is very professional, friendly, very detail oriented, and answer all questions. All that I can say is Wow! These guys are pros, from my first phone call to Thom who setup my home inspection. Then Vahn who was very courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and organized. The report was very complete and easy to read and ready within 24hrs of inspection. The thermal camera was great to see in action and really does allow you to see what the insulation is like in your walls or if you have a moisture problem anywhere. We purchased an older home (~25 years old) and expected that it will need some minor maintenance work. After some research, i contacted Clearview to perform my home inspection. The inspector was Bob, he showed up promptly on time, and performed a thorough nearly 3 hour inspection of the home of all accessible and visible aspects of the home. After each portion of the inspection he took me over to explain items he noticed and answered any questions I had. The infrared scan was a good additional option and highlighted the need for insulation improvement in a couple of areas of the home. After the inspection, a detailed report with suggestions on how to remedy any items was promptly provided. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and recommend Clearview to anyone looking for a home inspector in the GTA.

We called Tom on a serious time crunch and he was able to accommodate us into his schedule quite promptly. He was professional and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain the various items he found during the inspection, helping us understand if it was something we should be concerned about or not. He took the time to inspect, explain, suggest solutions and document his findings. He was respectful and encouraged us to ask questions. The digital documentation that he delivered as a part of the inspection was equally high quality and thorough and will be an asset to us if we ever need to sell the property we purchased. Tom delivered the reports on time as promised, including an inspection report for any mold in the house. We were happy we picked the infra red scan option which literally helped us see what was behind the walls and if there was anything to be concerned about. We were very satisfied with the high quality of his service. Every bit worth the money we spent and we would definitely recommend Tom to friends and family.

I was very glad I chose Clearview for our recent home inspection! Some home repairs and upgrades had been recommended by various trades, and we wanted to be sure we were making informed choices. Tom spent three full hours looking at the house from top to bottom, giving me a chance at each stage to see what he's talking about and ask any questions. The report we received by e-mail afterwards was clear and concise, with pictures to illustrate the concerns - and the thermal camera inspection was well, pretty cool! I feel much better informed about the state of our house, and better able to prioritize the repairs and upgrades. It's not the cheapest home inspection you can get, but I felt the value was excellent - it was well worth getting some unbiased advice.

Excellent job. Tom educated us alot about our home and spent alot of time answering all of our questions. I would definitely use him in the future. He also was very honest with us regarding what services we needed and did not (he advised us we don't need mold spore testing at an additional cost) when i inquired about it.

I recently had a home inspection done by Clearview and what a great experience. Our home inspector Bob arrived early and was very thorough in what needed to be addressed ASAP and what needed to wait. We feel a lot better about our home purchase a result of the service Clearrview provided.
