Tom was amazing! He inspected a large house for us this is over 100 years old . He is honest, genuine, and very straightforward. It is also pretty clear he loves his job. This made the whole process much enjoyable, a very nice and unexpected break from an otherwise very stressful home buying experience. Tom spent well over 3 hrs going through the home with us and presented issues to us clearly. We would recommend him unconditionally to anyone!! We could write pages about how positive the experience was, but to keep the review short: we agree with all of the positive reviews on homestars. Keep up the great work Tom

Tom from Clearview Home Inspections is professional and very thorough. He looks not only at the current problems, if any, but at the small details which could be improved so that problems do not occur in the future. He takes his time to comment on what he does, what he looks at and explained the general operation of the house so that we have no surprises or problems at the time of moving. Any question you have, he will take the time to answer. I will recommend him without any hesitation!

I was very satisfied and pleased with the home inspection I had. I was glad I chose Clearview Home Inspections. Tom was very helpful and took the time to explain what was most important and what could wait. When we arrived Tom was already there checking the roof. I did not feel overwhelmed with information. Great Inspection. This was the second time we used Tom's services and were very satisfied with the service. He uncovered many serious issues with the first house and we walked away from that deal. wow. I was very impressed with the home inspection i received. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. He took over 3 hours on our home and did a really good job answering our questions. The report was also amazing. Bottom line, great value, great service.

Great experience! Tom was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed and explained everything he was doing and went over every detail of his notes at the end of the inspection, to ensure I understood what he had done. I was also very pleasantly surprised that he climbed on the roof (the last two inspectors I used did not). I highly, highly, recommend Clearview and without a doubt would use Tom again in the future!!!

Our inspector Thomas (think he prefers Tom) was very detailed, professional and friendly. Took a good 3 hours to complete the inspection and highlighted some structural shortcomings that I would have never known. I'm sure new home buyers come with varying levels of experience but never would I have known what a moisture wrap around my foundation was, and how it could lead to potential leaks in the basement. As with most other reviewers, I was thoroughly satisfied. I was also given a detailed report of the inspection plus pictures of the home both interior and exterior, some that pointed out the defects (glad there weren't too many). Very open and honest in answering questions, all in all, a good experience. I wouldn't bat an eyelid before recommending Tom from Clearview. Thanks again Tom.

We put a conditional offer on a home pending home inspection and contacted ClearView based on online reviews. I was not disappointed! Tom was very detailed and conducted a thorough inspection. I was very impressed by his professionalism, extensive knowledge and his willingness to answer all of our questions. Fortunately we opted for the Thermal Camera service. The infrared camera detected a significant water leak through two of the foundation walls which we might have missed if wasn't for the use of that camera. We got an extensive report later that evening with pictures and notes about the inspection findings. I highly recommend ClearView to anyone looking for exceptional service, high quality work and great value. Thank you so much Tom!

Good job! I contacted Clearview to conduct a home inspection, plus infrared scan, and air testing for mold. Our inspector Tom conducted himself very professionally and I could tell he was an experienced inspector. The report I recieved was impessive, with well layed out pictures and easy to understand problem areas identified with marked out circles and arrows. We felt it was money well spent as Tom used a sophisticated infrared camera to assist in his investigation and explaining everything in detail. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.
