What an absolutely terrific inspection. We learned so much about our townhouse from Tom. I told Tom that we would be asking a lot of questions and not only was it ok, but he encouraged us to ask even more questions...even silly ones. Tom was diligent, thorough and did a great job. We are happy to recommend his services.

Wonderful job. After doing some reseach I found Clearview on the Homestars site and gave Tom a call. From start to finish the entire process and experience was great and very helpful. 500 people cant' be wrong. I now see why Clearview gets so many positive review. All I can say is that we are very happy with our inspection and definitely recommend Tom's inspection service.

Like any good shopper, I called the top 3 inspectors on here to do my research to find the best one. Needless to say my research concluded that Clearview was the best choice. What was totally surprising to me was that our inspector did things that my previous inspectors did not. For example, there was a light rain falling on inspection day, but our inspector still climbed on top of the roof. The house was a side split with a crawl space and sure enough, he crawled right on in. Our inspector found some cracks in the foundation that were leaking a bit and birds nest in the attic. What can I tell you, we got a premium inspection from Clearview. Without a doubt I would highly recommned them.

Very impressed. We had Tom for our house inspection and we were very satisfied with his professional attitude and knowledge. He took the time to explain the issues thoroughly, and also followed up after the inspection, which we appreciated a lot. The infrared camera he uses found some things (heating insulation issues) which are important and can be fixed easy. It's nice to feel that at least we had this test done once.
