    Home Inspection

    Great job Tom! We were very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Tom conducted himself during the inspection. Not only was he easy to understand and follow but even the way he responded to my questions. It was clear to me that he is very experienced and genuinely cared about our interests. I would definitely recommend Tom's services to anyone needing a fair, professional, and courteous home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a great job inspecting this home in Mississauga. Although we did not purchase the home his dedication and professionalism were outstanding. He provided detailed report which was well done. We really appreciated his hard work. I am very satisfied with his services and will use him again. We would highly recommend Tom to our friends and new home buyers.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Great job Tom! We contacted Tom based on the reviews he recieved on HomeStars. We were very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Tom conducted himself during the inspection.     Home Inspection

    Wow. Nice job! Tom was referred to us by our neighbour who utilized Tom's home inspection services. We were very pleased with his work. We needed to complete our Tarion 1 year warranty form. Tom went through the house in great detail and found numerous items that the builder must address. He took photographs of those trouble spots and provided us with a written report, including the photographs, within 24 hours. We used his report to complete our Tarion warranty form, and it made the entire process easier. We also learned a lot from him about our home! He was professional, pleasant and personable. We would definitely like to recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible and qualified home inspector.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom did a fantastic job and we appreciate it. We found him on HomeStars. He meticulously combed through the house and brought forward many items that I wouldn't have known. We also opted for the thermal camera, which was very cool. It was amazing how sensitive the camera is and the types of items it can detected through the walls and floors. We were very happy with his service and recommend Tom to anyone needing a quality inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We are very impressed with the house inspection completed by Tom from ClearView Home & Property Inspections! My experience with Tom was positive from beginning to end. During the inspection Tom patiently and effectively fielded questions about many aspects of the house and its feature while he photographed and provided a 'play-by-play' of what he was doing and why. We opted for the infrared imaging which was very useful in providing more information about the house. I felt so much more confident about my potential house purchase. Tom provided an exhaustive electronic report including comments and photos before the evening was done. I would highly recommend Clearview to anyone needing a house inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was punctual, extremely friendly, clear and thorough. My wife and I were very pleased with the inspection and we were happy that we decided to get the thermal imaging as it allowed us to feel more secure in knowing that the home didn't have significant moisture issues. I would highly recommend going with Clearview should you require a home inspection. A+++++

    Home Inspection with Infrared Camera

    Impressive! I contacted Tom for a home inspection. I was very impressed throughout the entire service. Tom was very detailed and conducted a thorough inspection. Tom has extensive knowledge and was very open to answering questions every step of the way. He displays a high level of professionalism and integrity in his work.     Home Inspection and Infrared Camera

    Perfect! Buying an older home was nerve racking. The reviews on Homestars for Tom are amazing and I'm glad he offers the thermal imaging. Tom found a small leak under one of the bathrooms with the infrared camera. It's strange because there were no visible marks on the floor or ceiling. Nevertheless he found it and as a result I was able to negotiate a better price. I was also amazed at how through he was. It looked to me that he was inspecting the home as if it was to be his own... wow...that blew me away. Obviously I have tremendous respect for the professionalism Tom showed and would definitely recommend his services. Thanks tom for saving me $6000 off my asking price.

    Home Inspection with Infrared Camera

    Excellent! I was looking for a home inspector on short notice, did a little google search and one of the top people that came up was Tom, of Clearview Home Inspections. His review were outstanding and he offered infrared (which most other inspectors did not) . I must say, he did an excellent job, showed up early....even though I was late. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection in the GTA. He's very informative, encourages lots of questions, and very knowledgeable. Also I recommend doing an infared scan....pretty cool and very informative. Worth the extra money for the peace of mind. Thanks Thomas
