    Condo Inspection

    Well done! Tom was recommended to me and I can now see why. Although I wasn't able to attend the actual inspection in person due to work commitments, I felt like I actually did. Tom's professionalism, both before and after the inspection was fantastic. He produced a quality report which I could easily understand. Overall great job and would most certainly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a great job on the inspection. Was very patient and answered all of my questions happily. The thermal pictures are pretty cool as well. I do wish I had more of them taken though but that's okay. I would definitely recommend to others.

    Home Inspection- Tarion 1 year Inspection

    We contacted Tom from Clearview to assist us with our one year Tarion warranty inspection. We found Tom to be very professional, courteous and helpful. He found things that were overlooked in our 30 day inspection and offered to review our 1 year form before we submit it. We would highly recommend Clearview and Tom if you are contemplating a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Fabulous!! The inspection was very well done, I think the infrared scan was especially useful. We found a hidden entrance to the crawl space. I'm quite satisfied, very thorough job. There's more than enough information in the report for us to review. Will definitely recommend you to any of my friends in the future.

    Home Inspection

    I was very impressed with your services. I call Tom to inspect a property I was considering and impressed by the thoroughness in which Tom conducted the inspection. The report was easy to read and understand and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision. Thanks for your professionalism Tom!

    Property Inspection

    I called Tom and he promptly returned my phone call for a home inspection on Sunday. Tom spent approximately 3 hours performing my home inspection including physical inspection and thermal imaging. He conducted himself in a professional manner and was open to my questions and concerns. I was even pleasantly surprised to see Tom climb onto the roof. Previous inspectors did not even attempt to assess the roof. Tom was very knowledgeable about the structural and common areas of concern. He used tools such as moisture detectors and infrared camera to provide added confidence in his analysis. Great job Tom, we really appreciated your work

    Home Inspection

    Best ever !!! After read so many positive reviews on the homestars, we decided to go with Tom from Clearview as our home inspector. Tom told us he will need approximately 3 hours for the inspection. He actually spent 4 and a half hours with us. He's so enthusiastic with his work and he is very knowledgeble and patient. We have never owned a house and we had so many questions, but he took the time and answered every question we ask. He pointed every deficiency and taught us many maintainance tips. He also make sure we understand what's urgent and what can wait. We arranged the inspection at 9:00am sharp but found that Tom has already inspected the surroundings of the house twice. We would definately like to recomment Tom to anyone who needs a responsible and qualified home inspector!!

    Home Inspection

    Tom, Thank you so much for all that you did for my wife and I. You came and inspected the home within a 24 hour period. This is my 3rd home that I have purchased, and no one in the past has been as professional and as thorough as yourself in their job. You made my wife and I aware of every concern you had and answered all of our questions, not matter how stupid I am sure they were. The next day, I received your complete evaluation with pictures and your concerns, as well as wayso to rectify the problems you perceived. Your punctuality, your sense of humour, your professionalism and the thorough way you conduct business ensure that not only will I use your company again, I will also recommend you to as all of my friends and colleagues.     Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Well Done! We hired Tom to inspect this home. Tom performed a thorough inspection and uncovered many items that we were not aware of. His report was very good and I really like the infrared camera. I definately recommend ClearView.

    Home Inspection plus Infrared Scan

    Very impressed. We had Tom for our house inspection and we were very satisfied with his professional attitude and knowledge. He took the time to explain the issues thoroughly, and also followed up after the inspection, which we appreciated a lot. The infrared camera he uses found some things (heating insulation issues) which are important and can be fixed easiy, but not so much detected without the IR camera. Major leaks can also be detected, and it's nice to feel that at least we had this test done once. We highly recommend Clearview
