    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I put in an offer on an older home in downtown Toronto and contacted ClearView to perform my home inspection. He carefully and meticulously walked me through the house to identify and discuss the importance of issue as he inspected them. Tom made me feel real comfortable in asking questions. I would recommend Tom.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I had a very positive experience with Tom. His review has very thorough and he took the time to walk me through the home and explain the issues he noted in his inspection. Also, the thermal imaging was a big plus and well worth the extra dollars. The thermal imaging identified moisture and draft issues in a few places as well as a plugged radiator. Tom’s inspection gave me peace of mind to close the deal on my 100+ year old home.

    Home Inspection - First time home buyers

    We're so glad that we chose ClearView for our home inspection! We were both highly impressed by Tom's credentials, professional experience and number of years he's been in the business. Upon meeting Tom, we instantly felt a sense of comfort - he's personable, detail oriented and walks you through the entire inspection, encouraging us to ask questions while he's taking pictures of his findings. I'm sure we both asked some questions that came across as silly, but Tom never made us feel that way. His attitude is "no question is a silly question" - which put us both at ease. Being that this is our first home purchase, we both wanted peace of mind that we were making a good decision - and I believe we did, and we can't wait to move!! :) We opted for the Traditional and Extended Home Inspection which entailed a thorough visual inspection as well as infrared thermal imaging. This was all nicely put together in an easy to read, detailed report filled with pictures and explanations of his findings. There was LOTS of helpful information included in the report that seemed to go above and beyond his inspection. If you are looking for a quality home inspector, give Tom at ClearView a call!!

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    This guy is so detailed in his report and very punctual. Because of him I was able to negotiate the price of the property at a lower cost. I also learned so many things that day regarding issues in an older home. I would definitely recommend this guy.

    Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging

    This was an amazing inspection. Tom went everywhere, even the attic, and I'm glad he did. He found so many items that I needed to be aware of and described them to me in a way I could understand. The Infra Red camera was a real benefit and found several items I would have not known up otherwise. Great job Tom, will definitely recommend you.

    Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging

    I was very impressed with the home inspection conducted by Tom. He covered the home from top to bottom and was able to identify a number of items that we would have never known otherwise. He is a true professional and would happily recommend his services.

    Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging

    I am very happy with Tom's services. He is incredibly thorough and hard working. He was on time, did an excellent job of finding out defects in the house I was buying and he answered all my questions. He is even eager to answer questions via email after the inspection is done and he is paid. Now, thats true professional. I will not use any other inspector again. If you are looking for a great home inspector, Tom is your guy. Many many thanks Tom

    Home Inspection and Thermal imaging

    Tom devoted a great deal of time to check out both the exterior and interior of my house. I was impressed with the quality of work he did, uncovering problems many of which I would never have known. He went from room to room & floor to floor and to the attic, telling me what was right and what was a problem. He uncovered major issues with my house, and with this report I can now confidently confront the builder. I certainly got more than my money worth. Thanks for a job well done, Tom.

    Home Inspection

    Tom is very good at what he does, very good attention to detail, extremely informative. He is honest and very helpful specially for new homebuyers that don't have clue about what to look for. Thanks Again Tom for all your help.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom was knowledgeable, very complete in his work and truly made you feel like he was doing his very best for you! It was really a fascinating experience. That I would encourage a home purchaser to go through!. We didn't complete our deal, based partially on what Tom discovered, in this totally "renovated" property, and so will be using Tom’s service again!!
