    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    This was very pleased the first time I used Home Inspection services from Clearview that I ask Tom to come back and perform my Tarion 1 year home inspection. He was very through and used an Infrared camera to highlight many issues that I then put on my Tarion form. I would highly recommend Tom's services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We hired Tom to inspect this home which at first glance looked good. Tom performed a thorough inspection and uncovered many items that we were not aware of. For example, the basement was renovated by the existing owner and Tom was able to quickly tell that many "short cuts" were taken and cautioned us on the possible issues. His report was very good and I really like the infrared camera. I recommend ClearView.

    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    I have used Tom's services in the past and was not disappointed when I hired him again to inspect this home. He was very thorough and conducted himself professionally and with integrity. He produced a quality report which also included pictures from the home. I highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We hired Tom from ClearView to inspect the home. We were very happy with how thorough and professional he was. He took the time to answer all our questions and produced an excellent report. He is easy to speak with and would recommend his services.

    IAQ Inspection

    As parents of young babies, my wife and I wanted to ensure that the air quality in our home was clean, and that we were maintaining our (older) home in a way that ensured our internal air quality remained high in the future. Tom was able to perform an assessment on our home that confirmed for us that our air was clean, and recommend specific and pragmatic steps that we could take to ensure the quality and temperature of our home environment remained high going forward. His fast and friendly service was excellent, and we were very impressed by the rigor with which he conducted our assessment

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    The inspection was very well done, I think the infrared scan with the FLIR was especially useful in certain cases, such as finding what could be the crawl space entrance. I'm quite satisfied, very thorough job. There's more than enough information in the report for us to review. Will definitely recommend you to any of my friends in the future. Only drawback is that I'd suggest taking your own notes or taking an audio recording during the visit as the report may not have as much detail as everything discussed. This is more of a lesson for everyone participating in an inspection and not reflective of Tom.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was did a terrific job with my home inspections. Tom's home inspection was not only thorough, but he did not rush the process, he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things that should be addressed in my new home and things that I might want to think about doing down the road. He made me feel very knowledgeable about what I was thinking about buying. Tom did not hesitate to point out things that were questionable while reassuring me about things that I did not need to worry over. I have no hesitation in referring Clearview

    Home Inspection

    Tom was so professional and thorough on the first home he inspected for us that we hired him again for the second house. He saved us 10's of thousands of dollars in unplanned home expenses had we chosen to buy the first house. He has an eye for detail and took time and care to explain issues to us. He did a great job and would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    I bought the model home from a builder and took possession this month. Even though the home was built 2 years ago, I needed to have it professionally inspected. I contacted Tom and he went around the home with me, identifying issues as we went along. Tom found issues that are not visible to the untrained eye during my PDI. I'm glad that I requested the thermal scan with the inspection - found some leaks(cold/hot) that can't be seen with the naked eyes. Tom was very knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. I would definitely recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom - Thank you for delivering such a thorough and professional service. Purchasing a new home through a new home builder is never easy no matter how much money you spend. The end result is always great but there are so many components to new construction, I really needed a trained eye to identify and report the various deficiencies for my TARION report. Even before the actual inspection, I met with Tom and he took the time to do a physical walk-through with me during the pre-drywall stage and spend a considerdable amount of time answering numerous questions. He's been a great sounding board. Tom, I truly appreciate your support. I would never have identified the majority of items you found during our 30-day inspection. The cost of the report was money well spent. Thank you.
