    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I was looking for a home inspector on short notice, did a little google search and one of the top people that came up was Tom, of Clearview Home Inspections. I must say, he did an excellent job, showed up early....even though I was late. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection in the GTA. He's very informative, encourages lots of questions, and very knowledgeable. I will be using him again for my future home purchases for sure. Also I recommend doing an infared scan....pretty cool and very informative. Worth the extra money for sure.

    Home Inspection

    After reading reviews from HomeStars, we hired Tom as our home inspector. Since we waived inspection before we put the offer (bidding offer), we did not expect much and just wanted to know what we needed to do with the 'new' home. We described this situation to Tom and he was considerate and still did the thorough inspection for the home. He arrived even earlier than we did and explained every detail and sent us a detailed report the same night. Not only did he tell us what we need to do on renovation and maintenance, but he also tried to teach us how to find potential problems. He always ask us to guess what happened before he explained the problems, and every time I talked to him, he always encourage us to ask questions. We really like his attitude and patience. We'd like to recommend him to those who need a responsible home inspector.

    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    I hired Tom to perform an indoor air quality inspection. He was very helpful in describing the various items that can contribute to poor air quality in my home. I had several concerns and Tom was able to address all of them in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend Tom.

    Home Inspection

    Tom from Clearview Home Inspections recently visited our home to conduct a home inspection. He did a fantastic job. Tom was prompt, professional and also offers very competitive pricing. He provided many helpful hints and insight particularly around managing the exterior of the home. I would recommend Tom and ClearView Home Inspections.

    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    Home Inspection

    Tom was amazing. He inspected the home from top to bottom and left no stone unturned. Very thorough, a real pro. His final report was comprehensive and easy to follow, which gave us real peace of mind. We had an awesome experience.

    Home Inspection

    As a real estate agent, I've used Tom's services several times. I have always had great experiences working with him and definitely I recommend his services with no hesitation.     Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I was approaching the end of my 2nd year in my new home and wanted to ensure I captured everything that would need to go onto my Tarion warranty form. I contacted Tom after reading the reviews on HomeStars. Tom was very thorough and detail oriented. He answered all my questions and provided helpfull recommendations on normal maintenance items.     Home Inspection

    I have lived in this 120 year old home for over 20 years and I needed to provide information to my insurance company. I contacted Tom to inspect my home to determine if the walls in this row house provide sufficient fire protection. Tom was able to respond quickly to my request and provided a visual and infrared inspection of my home. Tom was very personable and easy to understand. Thank you Tom
