    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We called Tom to conduct a home inspection to assist us with completing our 30 day Tarion form. Tom walked me through the entire house identifying issues and explained the significance. His report was excellent and captured everything we discussed and included the digital and infrared pictures. Tom conducted himself as a true professional. He was courteous and welcomed any and all questions. Would definitely recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    We needed a home inspection conducted on a home we had put in an offer on. Tom responded well to our questions and went through the home in great detail. He even went on the roof, in the attic and even crawled into the basement crawl space. Wow...very professional. Thanks Tom, I highly recommend his home inspection services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    My business partner and I contact Tom to conduct a home inspection and infrared scan of a property we were considering. Tom went the through home in great detail and identified the issues that needed attention. He was thorough and easy to follow. We were satisfied with his inspection and would recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom from Clearview Home Inspection did a very thorough inspection. He was professional and detail oriented. The infrared camera he used provided an extra level of confidence in the true condition of the home. I recommend Tom for your home inspection needs.

    Home Inspection

    Tom as absolutely amazing. He took my wife and I through the home in great detail, explained things as he went along and encouraged us to ask questions. His report was also fantastic. It included all the digital pictures and infrared pictures along with many helpful home maintenance tips. As first time home buyer Tom helped us make an informed decision and we highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was recommended to me by a co-worker who had used Tom's services before in Oakville. When I called I was surprised that Tom was willing to travel to Pickering. Tom was very professional, thorough, and explained the issues at hand in a manner that my wife and I could easily understand.     Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    I was really impressed by Tom and the manner in which he conducted my home inspection. He is very personable, professional and knowledgeable; three qualities that I find most important. He helped me understand the true condition of the home and gave me really good tips on how to maintain it. All in all, Tom did a great job and I recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    I hired Tom based on a referral from my neighbor to perform a home inspection so that I could complete my Tarion home warranty form. Tom was absolutely meticulous and thorough, a real pro.     Home Inspection
