    Home Inspection

    We had to change our home inspection appointment several times and Tom from Clearview was able to accommodate our needs. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care explaining issues to my husband and I. Even though we didn't get the home, we though Tom was very good and would recommend him.

    Indoor Air Quality inspection

    We hired Tom to perform an Indoor Air Quality inspection of our home. He went through our home thoroughly and produced a report that listed good recommendations on steps we should take to improve the quality of air in our home. We found Tom to be very approachable and knowledgeable. We would recommend his services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    After reading a few of the reviews on HomeStars I contacted Clearview to conduct an inspection of the home we were considering to purchase. Tom was very good, patient, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain things as he went along so that we would feel comfortable understanding the importance of items he identified. We were impressed by his service and would definitely recommend him.

    Home Inspection and IR scan

    My 30 day Tarion warranty date was approaching and I called Tom from Clearview for assistance. He was awesome. He combed through the house and uncovered items that I was not aware of so that I could add them to my list and have them addressed. His report was amazing which made it easy for me to complete the Tarion form. I highly recommend Clearview.

    Home Inspection

    We needed to have a home inspection done as part of the conditional sale. Tom went through the whole home thoroughly and systematically. He discussed all the issues with us as he uncovered them. They included foundation cracks (moisture in the basement), property grading, possible hidden water damage behind the shower tiles, roofing issues and more. We liked the manner in which he described the issues and what implications were for us. Tom is a true professional. We would recommend Tom's services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was recommended to us by our real estate agent. We were happy with his services and the thorough and honest review he completed on the home. He took the time to make sure that we understood and were comfortable with the observations and inspection. We would use his services again.

    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    I had concerns about the quality of air in my home, particularly in my basement below my backyard steps and wanted to be sure it was safe. I contacted Tom and he inspected the home and tested the moisture content of the header joists in my basement as well as a swap of the suspected area. He submitted the lab report and explained what the next steps I needed to do. He was professional throughout and I recommend him to others.

    Indoor Air quality inspection

    I have dealt with Tom from ClearView Home & Property on several occasions with respect to air sampling for mold. He has always acted and performed professionally and is easy to speak with and understand. He responds to phone calls and emails promptly and has been a pleasure to work with.

    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    Clearview provided a comprehensive review of my home that goes beyond a traditional home inspection and included an indoor air quality inspection, home maintenance inspection, infrared scan, and water analysis. Tom provided a comprehensive report that included pictures, lab results and recommendations on items that needed my attention. Walking around with Tom while he scanned the walls and ceilings was particularly eye-opening, and he was very accommodating throughout. Tom's final report helped me to prioritize the work and was very useful. Most importantly, it gave me peace of mind that my toddler was not being exposed to mold or lead in our older house. I recommend Tom's services wholeheartedly.

    Home Inspection

    It was a pleasure meeting Tom. He was a big help in making our decision easier at the time we were putting in an offer. He was easy to speak with and also very understanding. I feel that he truly had our best interests at heart and treated the home inspection as if he was inspecting it for himself. Apart from being an excellent home inspector, he is also a very good person and I highly recommend him to everyone.
