    Home Inspection

    Tom recently inspected a home that we purchased in Caledon and he did a great job. He arrived early was very thorough and explained things as he went through the house and provided valuable tips. At the end of the inspection, he provided us a comprehensive report with nine sections, including exterior, roofing, structural components, electrical system, plumbing, heating, cooling, interior, insulation/ventilation. He pointed out major or minor issues for each section. I would recommend Tom for anyone looking for a thorough and informative inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I bought this home without having a home inspection and negotiated a fair price based on the work that I believed was required. I called Tom from Clearview after the fact to help me prioritize the work required plus uncover any additional work I may not have been aware of. Tom was very good and thorough. He went on the roof, into the attic and every other nook and corner of the home to help me understand and prioritize the work. I was very pleased with work and would recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    We were looking for a home inspector that could give us a complete and honest assessment of the home's condition and Tom was recommended by one of his previous clients. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and patient and took time to go through all the important details and to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend him.     Home Inspection

    Our inspector Tom from ClearView is a real professional. He took my wife and I through the home meticulously and encouraged questions. He answered my questions well and in a way that easy to follow. He brought knowledge, experience, integrity and we really appreciated his approach. Thanks very much Tom.

    Home Inspection

    In looking for a home inspector, I needed someone who was knowledgable, professional, and easy to understand. I found these qualities and more in Tom. Tom went through the home methodically and described the issues he found in a very easy to understand way. I appreciated his approach and patience. I would definately recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    I found a house in a great part of Toronto and wanted to have a home inspection to make sure there were no surprises in the home. We hired Tom and he was very helpful and professional. His report was excellent and easy to understand and follow. Thanks for you help and doing a great job.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was awesome with both home inspections he did. Not only did Tom look out for my best interest as a potential home buyer and saved me from buying an unsuitable house, but also gave me his 'seal of approval' so to speak on the house I did buy, and am sooo incredibly happy. Tom's home inspection was not only thorough, but he did not rush the process, he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things that should be addressed in my new home and things that I might want to think about doing down the road. He made me feel very knowledgeable about what I was thinking about buying. As a home purchaser, you always have your fingers crossed about the home inspection and hope it goes well, but it was comforting to know that Tom wasn't afraid to point out things that were questionable while reassuring me about things that I did not need to worry over. I have no hesitation in referring Clearview.

    Home Inspection

    I was very pleased with the home inspection provided by Clearview. The inspector was comprehensive and thorough, and really took the time to ensure that we as new home owners understood the process. He was transparent and informative by telling us not only about current problems, but also potential ones, as well as offering tips on maintenance and upkeep. We were so pleased with our home inspection experience that we recommended Clearview to other members of my family who were purchasing homes, and they too were very pleased.

    Home Inspection

    We were looking for a qualified home inspector to inspect a property we were considering. We found Tom to be very personable and knowledgeable.     Condo Inspection

    After doing a little research, I contacted ClearView to conduct a condo inspection for me. Tom was very knowledgeable and us through the condo unit diligently and identified a number of issues for us to understand. His report was excellent and easy to follow. Thanks Tom, great job.
