    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I contacted Clearview based on reviews on this site and luckily Tom made himself available for a very last minute inspection request. Tom was very professional, polite, showed up on time and spent 3 hrs doing a thorough inspection. He was also great at explaining / teaching us about the issues we saw (or didn't see), given we are first time home buyers. I was very impressed with the report (not to mention how quickly it was delivered) -- it was over 50 pages of easy-to-read info and contained tons of helpful photos. Additionally, I contacted Tom next day to help provide info requested by my home insurance and Tom responded very quickly with the info needed. Overall, good experience and we learned a lot!

    Home Inspection and Infrared scan

    Tom came in and did a complete inspection of my home. He reviewed everything and also did an infrared scan. He pointed out a number of items that I was not aware of and can now plan my work accordingly. Thank you Tom, would definately recommend your services.

    Home Inspection and IR Scan

    I contacted ClearView to conduct an inspection for our 30 day Tarion warranty. Tom was very thorough and patient with us. The report was comprehsive and the pictures really helped. We will be talking about our experience with him to our friends and family and give ClearView a 10+. Thanks Tom!

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We made a conditionally offer on our home and needed a professional home inspector to assess the property. After doing some research we knew he was the one. He was very thorough and inpected all the major components of the home. He went from the roof to basement and everything in between. He is very detail oriented and made excellent recommendations. I would definately recommend Tom. Thanks Tom for your hard work and attention to detail.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was unbelievably thorough, professional and patient. He thoroughly answered our questions and explained all the deficiencies. I was completely impressed and satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

    Indoor Air Quality Investigation

    We had a problem with water in our basement. Tom conducted a thorough investigation and made several recommendations on how to correct this issue. The final report was clear, concise and extremely easy to read, contrary to our pre-conceived notions. Tom is highy knowledgeable and very professional. He helped us resolve our issue. Thanks Tom, we so appreciated your help. We keep giving your contact information out to anyone who needs an home inspector.     Renovated Home Inspection

    I've watched plenty of HGTV to realize that if a home has been "completely renovated" there may be hidden issues. So, I contacted Tom to conduct a professional home inspection to make sure things were done correctly. Tom was very thorough and identified a number of issues we discussed with home owners and were able to negotiate a better price. The inspection was worth every penny and would definitely recommend Clearview home inspection. Thanks Tom

    Home Inspection

    As a recently married couple, there were many things that required our attention and buying our first home was at the top of our list. We wanted a professional home inspection so that we can avoid any unforeseen issues. Tom provided a terrific service and we were very pleased with his work and dedication.     Home Inspection

    We hired Tom to help us with our 30 day Tarion report for our new condo. He was very professional from our first call with him to the detailed report he provided. He was thorough and found over 25 deficiencies with the unit. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I was very happy with his service. I will use his services again if I ever move again!

    Home Inspection

    We found a beautiful home in an area we love but wanted to make sure there were not hidden problems. We hired Tom to conduct a professional home inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are most pleased with his work. I would recommend to anyone.
