    Home Inspection

    I was looking for a good home inspector and asked my realtor friend for a referal and was given Tom's name. He was professional and thorough. He did a complete job and I was very satisfied with his work. Thank you Tom.

    Home Inspection

    I was looking for an inspector that I could trust and feel comfortable discussing the true condition of the house. After doing a little research and speaking to friends I decided to go with ClearView. Tom was very professional and took his time explaining issues to use.     Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We were referred to Clearview by a close friend of ours who just had his home inspected by Clearview. We are completely satisfied with the inspection Tom provided and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great job.

    Home Inspection

    This was not my first home purchase, but knew I needed a professional inspection done. I'm glad I did because our inspector (Tom) pointed out a number of items I was not aware of and was able to negotiate a better price for the home. Thanks Tom, you were a pleasure to work with.

    Condo Inspection

    When moving into my condo, I wanted to be sure that everything was working as it should. I hired Clearview to do a complete inspection including infrared scan. Tom was very professional and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. I would have no hesitation recommending ClearView. Many thanks Tom.

    Home Inspection

    We hired ClearView to inspected our home, which we purchased in Mississauga. This process can be very intimidating and as first time home buyers we had lots of questions and concerns. In dealing with Tom we were so comfortable and at ease as he shared his knowledge and insight. We definately felt this helped us gain a better understanding of the homes true condition and as a result of his thoroughness of the inspecting we were confident in our decision to purchase the house. Tom helped make the purchase of our first home a great experience and we couldn’t have done it without him. We will highly recommend him to our family and friends. Thank you Tom!

    Home Inspection

    We were extremely satisfied with the service you provided. You made things very easy for us to understand (especially being first time home buyers) and were extremely thorough with your inspection. The report we received after the inspection was also extremely well done very helpful.

    Commercial Property Inspection

    We were so pleased with ClearView's inspection for the first property we were considering that it was a natural fit to contact Tom again to perform another commercial property inspection on a different unit. Tom conducted himself professionally and provided a quality report in a timely fashion that told us what we needed to know. Thank you Tom.
