    Home Inspection

    My wife and I needed to complete a home inspections in order to submit our Tarion warranty form. We hired ClearView to go through our home and Tom was very thorough and knowledgeable. He produced a professional report that assisted us in completing our Tarion form. Tom did a good job for us we would recommend him. Thanks Tom.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I are first time home buyers and wanted to have an inspection done to ensure the home was in good condition. The inspection was amazing. Tom did a really good job. Especially with the report and the manner in which he explained things about the home. We would definately recommend him to anyone. Thanks Tom.

    Condo inspection

    I purchased a Condo with that was built by a previous owner without doing a home inspection. I was later informed that it was done without the approval of the board, and had to be brought up to code. I called ClearView Home & Property Inspections to do an inspection in the limited time I had to get a good general understanding of condition of my loft, and unit. They are able to fit me in, and come that day. Tom the inspector that came was knowledgeable, informative, and had a approachable. I definitely recommend their services.

    30 Day Tarion Home Inspection

    We hired Tom to perform a 30 day Tarion Home Inspection. He was able to investigate our home thoroughly and provided good recommendations and a detailed report. Thanks for doing a great job.

    PDI - Home inspection

    We hired Tom to perform a PDI inspection for my wife and I. Tom was very professional to deal with and thorough as he went through the home. The report was very good and included pictures of all the issues he found. It was a pleasure to deal with Tom and would recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    I called Tom on short notice to inspect an older home in downtown Toronto. I knew the house needed work but Tom was able to go through the home with me in detail and made me clearly understand the magnitude of the work that would truly be involved. His report was thorough and assisted me in making an informed decision. Thanks Tom.

    Property Inspection

    IR Scan and Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    In looking for an home inspector, I am very particular because I wanted someone who was knowledgeable and would give me the real story. Tom is professional and knows his material well. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom for other home inspections. He is great to work with and takes his time to explain the home inpsection and easy to understand.
