    Home inspection

    Tom is an outstanding home inspector, whether for novice or seasoned home buyers. Couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism. Recommend him to anyone who is looking for a truly serious inspection of their property.

    Good inspection, Friendly inspector

    Tom was very good in what he did. Firstly he did a thorough inspection and later the way he guided us was very helpful. It was easy to understand each part of the house, where repairs are needed and the overall condition of the house.

    Home inspection

    I had a great experience with Tom at Clearview. He was prompt, thorough and extremely detailed. Tom took the time to explain each step of the process clearly. He gave valuable information and made us aware of any potential issues with our home. I would highly recommend his services!

    Knowledgeable with patience

    On the inspection day, Tom came right on time and told us just relax, he will make sure everything go smoothly for us. How he does the work is he check each pending item by himself first, then he will walk through with us what he found together. The pace is great, the explanation is in detail. Whatever question we have, Tom make sure we understand his answer. He mentioned some key areas require a fix immediately and other areas only need to pay attention to. Everything feels very organized and we feel very relived when the inspection was completed. He definitely did a great job and exceed our expectation.

    Great inspection, very happy with the service

    I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew at Clearview Home and Property Inspections. I was extremely happy with the level of experience and knowledge that he had to offer. The walk through and subsequent report provided was (and continues to be) extremely useful. I highly recommend Andrew and Clearview company. A++.

    Home inspection prior to purchase of a new home.

    All we saw when we walked into that house was the walls, the kitchen the bathroom, the stairs, etc.... Clearview showed us the sagging roof, the basement windows with mold, the water damage in the kitchen, the add on that was not to code; it saved us from finding out the hard way that we had decided to buy a money pit that would have exhausted us, personally, financially, emotionally. Well worth the time and expense. Thank you!

    Clearview Home inspection

    I am happy with Clearview home inspection service. Thomas is honest, friendly and professional. He responded to my initial inquiry promptly. Also he was punctual the day of the inspection. He explained to me in details all the issues of my house and offered his professional advice. I don't feel rush throughout the process. Furthermore, he provided me with the inspection report shortly after the visit. I would recommend his service.

    Thorough home inspection

    Tom did a very thorough inspection of the home we were interested in. Though the seller had a report, Tom uncovered details which led to us to us passing on the house. Being first time home buyers, he patiently walked us through all the details and made us feel comfortable with his analysis. He was very flexible with accommodating our schedules. We definitely recommend his services and look forward to working with him again! Thanks again Tom!

    Home Inspection

    I am a realtor and Clearview is a very reliable home inspection company that I often use. Thomas is very knowledgeable and he is always very patient to answer all my questions. Strongly recommend!

    Home Inspection PLUS

    We brought Tom in as our Home Inspector during our VERY QUICK closing process on the purchase of our new house. We found Tom to be very professional and detail-oriented. Tom was quick to explain the process and made sure we understood every part of his detailed report. But Tom went beyond our expectations. WHENEVER we had a question (and we had a lot) about the building or it’s construction, he went the extra mile and drew from his long experience in addressing it. He had a lot of helpful suggestions and recommendations for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clearview’s services to any of our friends.
