    House inspection

    After searching and doing our research on house inpectors, we decided to go with Clearview. Tom was super nice and easy to deal with. He really tried to accomodate us given that we only had a window of 3 days to do the inspection. On the day of inspection, Tom clearly explained to us how he was going to do the inspection, it was divided into 3 stages: exteriror of house, then interior, then with infrared goggles and he explained to us in detail what he had found after each stage. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. Even our realestate agent was impressed with his work and asked for his contact. I highly recommend him for any your house inspection. Thanks Tom.

    Exceptional professional home inspection services

    We hired Clearview for a home inspection on very short notice (less than 24 hours). Even prior to hiring them, the team was responsive and professional. I liked that I was able to deal with them thorugh text, phone, and email without any confusion. On the job, they were incredibly thorough and provided a very detailed report that we plan to keep on hand and refer to over the coming years. Thank you Clearview team!

    Condo inspectio (first time home buyer)

    Tom is a big help for us. We are first time home buyer and we don't have that much of an info on how to check if the condo that we are buying is a good one. But because of him he does the inspection for us and explain which one we need to pay attention and which is need to be change. He also has tge thermal equipment that helps him determine the leak that your eyes cant see. Thank you Tom Hope you can help more people like us

    Home Inspection

    Thomas took his time to explain everything to me, floor by floor. He even explained certain appliances I had that I wasn't using to their full potential. He gave me options for repairs, and never made me feel rushed. I appreciated his calm, friendly demeanor and would certainly use him again.

    Clearview was quick and professional

    Tom was very friendly snd helped me right away the inspection. He was thorough and gave me tips on what to do on priority to help with the sale of my home.

    Great Home Inspection Service at a fair price

    I recently had Tom conduct a home inspection on a recent home purchase. I have used Tom in the past for my clients as I am a Realtor and all my Buyers have nothing but good things to say from their experience. Tom is very easy to work with and he speaks and in a very clear, simple and concise manner which will put many homeowners at ease. His communication is excellent and is very patient when explaining things. I know he also does pool inspections so he is quite knowledgeable and a great home inspector for anyone looking to inspect a home before or after purchasing/selling.

    Amazing inspection

    Tom exceeded my expectations beyond belief. His ability to connect, explain in detail and teach me what he was seeing while he was working was incredible. I cant thank Tom enough for the respect he showed me and his professionalism during this process. I highly recommend Tom to anyone, especially a first time home buyer.

    Home Inspection

    We hired Tom to conduct a home inspection for us for the purposes of purchasing our first home. Tom came highly recommended by our realtor. Tom did a thorough job and was very patient with explaining everything about our house, and answered all our questions during AND after the inspection. We were very happy with the services, and will definitely be recommending Tom to our friends and family!

    Thorough Home Inspection

    Our home inspection was completed promptly, professionally and thoroughly. Andrew pointed out a few items that needed attending to short term and items to monitor. We would highly recommend Clearview.
