Home inspection
Tom is excellent. He has knowledge and experience. I never seen anyone expelling like this in detail. He carries very impressive gadget to figure out the issues behind the wall.

Condo unit inspection
Thomas had clearly demonstrated his careful, knowledgeable approach and honestly, in simple, comprehensible words explained the condition of the unit. Tjank you, Thomas, for your service!

House Inspection
Great experience with Clearview. Our inspector Tom was really thorough and honest. He walked us through the inspection and gave details on what he was looking for, possible options for fixing problems, and he explained the issues in ways we could understand. He was great to work with and a very friendly person. Thanks, Tom!

Home inspection
Tom was wonderful. He walked us through everything he was doing and made sure we understood what was going on. He made very helpful suggestions and made us aware of issues to keep an eye on in the future. He was able to answer all of our questions and give us very helpful advice on potential renovations and how that would effect our warrantee. We would definitely recommend Tom to everyone we know!

Home inspection
Tom was meticulous and passionate about his job. He conducted our new home inspection and explained each step in great detail. We valued his attention to detail and his sincerity. I would use Tom anytime and recommend him to everyone. He really knows his stuff!!!

Home Inspection
We approached Tom after reading the wonderful reviews on Homestar. We are glad we took this decision. Tom was a thorough professional. He took the time to take us around the entire house and explain every single thing to us in detail. He shared his recommendations and suggestions which was very helpful in making this purchase decision. His inspection report was extremely detailed and he was very patient in answering any questions we had post the inspection. Most importantly, he came in with a smile and was very approachable. He accommodated our request during the busy holiday season for which we are very thankful. We would highly recommend his services!

Air Quality Test
My fiancee had an air quality test done in the house, as she is battling and recovering from mold poisoning illness. Test was done very well, and Thomas was very professional. Provided recommendations on how to improve air quality and we have seen a difference.

Home inspection: stacked condo
Tom is very professional from taking the appointment to the inspection to explaining the results to me. The day of the inspection happen to had a freezing rain and I was afraid he wouldn’t be able to come. He showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The infrared scan for invisible leaks was particularly valuable in my case. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a good home inspection.

Buying a home - home inspection
Tom booked our appointment for the next day. Arrived on time for the appointment, explained the entire process and encouraged us to ask questions throughout. He was very thorough and brought all concerns to our attention. Once the inspection was complete, we received a report detailing everything he saw and noted. We are very pleased with his work and are glad we chose this company.

Home inspection
Tom did the home inspection for me twice and he is simply one of the best. He explained thoroughly the inpection process and anwered all questions I had with amazing details.
