Home inspection
Tom is very professional during the whole inspection process. Explained all the findings in details and documented clearly in the report. It took about 3.5 hours and i added the thermal imaging which turned out to be somewhat useful. Great service. Thanks!

Thorough, efficient
Very efficient, effective home inspection. The only thing we seem to have missed is a defective refrigerator, but we didn't inspection to catch issues with appliances. The mold test gave us peace of mind, and we're moving in confident about our purchase.

Home Inspection
We retained Tom for the inspection of our eventual new home. He is thorough, knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions.

Home Inspection
Tom’s work is very thorough and professional. He very patiently showed us all the details and the issues we should pay attention to. I would definitely recommend him to my friends who need home inspection.

Assessing air sample in our basement
We would recommend Clearview Home Inspections. I had concerns about the possible presence of mold in our basement. Tom was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions before, during and after the assessment. He also went over the final lab report with us which was available soon after the inspection.

Informative and Trusworthy
Will definitely use Clearview again! They go through everything with you and answer all your questions. They do not rush! If you are looking for a company that will give you honest answers then this is the company to use! After the inspection they emailed me a report with pictures and explanations and gave me an average price of what things would cost to give me a general idea. So nice and knowledgeable!

Home Inspection
As first time home buyers we were counting on a thorough inspection to give us the best and most complete picture of the home and we were not disappointed. Thomas was phenomenal and took the time to explain each area of the home in detail, answered all questions and took the time to educate us in areas where we were less familiar. He was knowledgeable and confident and really put our minds at ease. I would recommend and use Clearview in future.

Home inspection for purchase

Interior renovation and remodel.
We gutted the entire interior of our property before installing new plumbing, HVAC, electrical and framing. We hired Thomas from Clearview to inspect the quality of the work and craftmanship. He identified several defects that weren't apparently visible to us and we thank him for his detailed eye!
