    Tom is professional, on-time and easy to talk to

    We had Tom coming over to see our townhouse. Due to some issues with the builder, we had to move our appointment multiple times, and he was patient throughout. He was professional in discovering problems in our house and writing reports.

    Pre-Delivery Inspection of Condo

    Thomas completed a predelivery inspection of our new condominium in Liberty Village. The resulting report was accurate and detailed, documenting several diffencies the developer needed to address prior to closing. Would definitely work with Thomas again for future home inspection needs.

    Professional inspector that was comforting for new house buyers

    We had a very thorough experience. The inspection was thorough, well communicated, and properly documented. One month of living in the house and no new issues have come up.

    Excellent and thorough home inspection

    Tom did a thorough and professional inspection of a home I was purchasing. It was easy to contact him to schedule the home inspection. I appreciated the advice on what type of home inspection would be appropriate for the home I was purchasing. Prior to the inspection I had a clear sense of how things would go. I was able to ask questions during the inspection and had a clear idea of important findings on the day of the inspection. The report was thorough and included clear pictures. Very satisfied and would recommend him to others.

    Home Inspection

    Tom went above and beyond my expectations. He detailed each part of the inspection and invited us to join him after each part to discuss any issues and concerns. He gave great insight and advice and always allowed time for questions. We never felt rushed. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and shows that he truly cares about his clients and their future home. He is also lighthearted and has a sense of humour which made the home inspection a lot more exciting than I expected.

    Home Inspection

    We sought out Clearview Home and Property Inspections to give our potential new home a once-over before signing on the dotted line. Realizing that an inspection can't guarantee there won't be any future surprises at all, we still wanted the added peace of mind that comes with having a professional do a thorough inspection. Our inspector, Tom, was very friendly and personable. Prior to agreeing to have the inspection done, he explained the entire process, including the various options, and the limitations of the inspection itself. On the day of the inspection, he arrived on time, and explained how he would proceed. After doing his inspection, he walked us through the house, showing us his findings, and letting us know whether there was need for concern, and what could be done to address any issues. The whole process took about 4 hours, so it was not rushed at all. That night or the next day, we received a link to a detailed report for us to have as a reference. A week or two after the inspection, I contacted Tom with some other house-related questions, and he was kind enough to provide some helpful information. All-in-all, we feel like the inspection was beneficial to us, and we would highly recommend Tom and Clearview Home & Property Inspections.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was a superb inspector. He was very thorough in his work, while taking the time to walk us through every step of his process so that we understood what he was doing and what issues needed particular attention. This was an invaluable learning experience and certainly great value for our money. As first-time homebuyers, his patience and expertise were invaluable. We would recommend him to anyone looking to have a home inspection performed.

    Home inspection

    Tom did our home inspection and we were thrilled with his service. Tom is very thorough and explains all of things he is checking for. He did a walk through of all floors of our home with us to explain his findings before sharing his report. He also provided his report in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend Tom and his team!

    Home Inspection

    I am glad to have choosen Tom for our new home inspection. As a new home buyer had lots of unknown things which was cleared by Tom. He did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was friendly as well as professional at the same time. He explained us the whole process before starting the inspection. After inspection of each floor he would call and tell us his observations which gave us a fair idea of what were the major problem areas. Finally his follow-up Report was completed the same day within a few hours. My husband and I highly recommend Tom for your home inspection!

    Happy Clients!! Pre-inspection for selling & buying!

    Tom was wonderful to work with. He helped me with a pre-inspection when selling my clients townhouse. He is detailed and knowledgeable. His report gave buyers the confidence to proceed with a no condition offer. More recently he also helped my buyer clients inspect a home in leslieville which is 100+ years old. My clients were very impressed with the walkthrough and explanation. I would use Tom again!
