Clearview Home inspection
I had a pre sale home inspection conducted by Tom. The service was very professional, in depth and well explained. Tom was great and knowledgeable and was able to provide me with an unbiased report. The report was provided to me promptly as well.

Excellent and thorough

Professional and Timely Service
I had the pleasure of being referred to Thom for my client's home inspection and the experience was stellar! Thom was very responsive and provided excellent service from beginning to end. He is very courteous and professional and takes the time to explain the areas of concern in the home prior to sending his detailed inspection report. I would definitely use Thom's services again and highly recommend him.

Home inspection
Andrew was extremely helpful in explaining all nuances regarding home inspection. He was very patient with our questions. Pointed out all issues that we needed to go back to the seller with and we managed to get some reduction in the final price that we paid for our buying transaction

Home inspection
Tom did a great job with our home inspection. He was thorough, and explained everything to us in detail. The report he shared with us also outlines all his findings properly, and also shows the urgency/severity of issues. I would highly recommend Tom and his firm for home inspections.

Condo Inspection

Home inspection
I booked Tom to do an inspection of our home in April 2023. We wanted to review some specific things in anticipation of potentially selling our home in the next few years. Tom was excellent. He provided a thorough inspection of the property inside and out and provided a coded prioritization of what needed attention. We couldnt be happier with the service from Tom at Clearview.
