    Home inspection

    We found Tom for a last-minute home inspection for a home we were very excited about. Tom was very pleasant to deal with and accommodating from the very start -- he explained to me the details of the home inspection packages he offers, and was very patient as I went back and forth with him and my agent to schedule a time for a private viewing and pre-offer inspection. During the inspection itself, Tom was very thorough, and extremely articulate and clear in the way the communicated what the issues were, whether they were any concern or not, and what the next steps would be (if we were to purchase the home). His entire inspection felt like an education for us as well, as first-time home buyers. He turned around a report for us the same day. We did not end up getting the house, but we hired him again for another home inspection the very next week! Even our agent asked for his card, and was very impressed by his professionalism. I would not hesitate to work with Tom again!

    Excellent service

    Above and beyond service with a useful and very detailed report that I am using to plan future maintenance. Highly recommended!

    Service

    We were educated along the process of.the appraisal. He made us feel involved during the different stages of the inspection which helped us understand more about the property we were considering to buy I would recommend Clearview inspection to anyone looking for an inspection or any other services they provide. Honest, educational and pleasant to work with . Thanks

    Home inspection

    Tom went beyond above and beyond my expectations. He was kind, thorough, and patient with all of the questions that I had. He was able to articulate everything that was in the report well and was able to explain scenarios that I did not understand. I would highly recommend Tom.

    Home Inspection

    Tom is very knowledgeable and patient and he did a thorough inspection of my home. He provided a very detailed report including pictures. He explained all areas of concern and what needs to be done to fix them. He was very calm and explained things in a way tjdt it was easy to understand the issues and the next steps. Thank you Tom for being so patient with us and for doing s great infection of our home

    Home Inspection

    We heartily recommend this company and Tom. He was very knowledgeable and throughout on his inspection. He wrote a very complete report. He explained all problems and possible solutions in a very easy to understand way and was approachable and nice while keeping it very profesional.

    Home Inspection - Great Service

    Fantastic Service

    Great Home Inspection

    Tom is such a great resource. Hes inspected 1 of my homes, another prospect home and 2 homes my parents were looking at. In the case of 1 inspection, he found a major structural flaw. Hes always prompt, responsive and willing to answer questions. Id highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.
