Home Inspection
I recently had a home inspection completed ahead of one year warranty period for my new build home. Tom Rando completed the inspection, he is very professional, polite, and took his time explaining every step. As this is our first home, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties which Tom answered for us without hesitation. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to have an inspection done, and already plan to use his services again for our next home. Thank you Tom!

Home Inspection
Great inspection service form this company. Our inspector was patient and thorough. I've never really thought of the thing he was inspecting and told us about. It was a very good learning opportunity as well. I'm really happy that I selected them and would recommend, Many thanks !!!

Home purchase
Mr Tom came in on time and did a thorough inspection and gave us a really good tips and points around the things that need to be taken care of. He also explained other items for our better understanding and allowed plenty of time for myself and my wife to ask questions. Recommend Tom and co for any Home inspection work

Home Inspection
The inspector was very serious and careful to inspect everything of house indoor and outdoor, and very patient and professional to explain what he saw; he showed not only advantages but also disadvantages of the house during inspection. He is person who is very responsible for his customers. In addition, his inspection document is very professional and clear and organized with many valued suggestions and cost details for repairs and maintenance. I strongly recommend his home inspection service!

Home Inspection
Tom was incredibly professional and attentive. He made sure that he explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. He took the time to answer questions and made sure the clients felt very comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend Tom

Home inspection
Mr Rando came on short notice and did a thorough assessment of a home that I wished to purchase. He took about 3 hours, answered numerous questions and provided (by evening) an excellent report with observations and cost estimates of deficiencies. He was friendly, helpful and skilled

Home inspection
Tom was great!! Would highly recommend Clearview Home to those who are interested in having their home inspected. Very professional and knowledgable. The information we gained was very helpful for our 1 year tarion report.

Home inspection fo condo
Tom provided quick efficient service from my first email and call through to the site visit, the inspection and the written report. I would definitely use him again and have no reservations recommending him. All in all a perfect experience. Norm

Home Inspection
Tom was extremely knowledgeable. Took his time to explain everything. And based on the detail analysis provided by Tom we decided not to purchase the property. We appreciate the detail Tom put in which let us avoid a bad decision.
