Home inspection
The inspector did the inspection for our first home purchased in 2015 when i was away ( so i had to video call facetime with my partner and talked to him). I was just crossing my fingers it'd be okay and decided to buy the house. The report was very professional, clear, easy to understand and we did what we had to fix. ( got 10k down thanks to inspection report ) This time, i have met the inspector in person for a second mortgage and totally felt satisfied with the work he provided. He showed and clearly explained to me about the process step by step...causes of problems through out the house, estimated costs for fixing, etc... I found it very useful and interesting through the work with him and would recommend his contact to every friend i know.

Home inspection
Tom was exactly as all the other reviews rated him. He was extremely polite, and professional. He took the time to properly explain everything he was doing every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Would recommend Tom to anyone and will definitely goto him for all future home inspection needs.

Condo inspection and assessment
We have just concluded a Condominium purchase and needed an appraisal and inspection of the state of the structure. Tom Brandon was contacted via the telephone based on a friend referral. The appointment process was smooth. He was prompt for the appointment and walked us through the inspection process pausing to explain possible areas of concern and mitigation actions to take. He was very professional overall and i have no problem recommending to others as occasion arises. Am sure he made the estate agent who recommended him proud because the agent was also present for the inspection

Home purchase inspection
Had home inspection performed by Tom that included visual inspection, infrared camera inspection and home air quality inspection. Tom was very thorough on inspection and follow up report and took time to review and explain his findings and recommendations. I would highly recommend him.

Pre delivery Inspection
It was such an amazing experience we had with Tom. He was 1. Professional start to finish 2. Answered all our questions 3. Super polite and worked very well with the builder and most importantly the inspection report was just A+++

Home inspection

Home inspection
I've had other home inspections in the past and I'm very happy to say that we think we have found the best home inspector in city. Tom was so detailed and particular and left no stone unturned. Needless to say we are thrilled beyond words and hope this review helps others when they do their own research. Home inspection
Tom was very professional from start to finish. He was also very helpful in answering all of my questions and giving helpful tips.

Very detailed inspection despite the snow. Tom was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended, will call him again.

Home Inspection
Our home inspector Tom did his job quite thoroughly. He was very methodical in going thru the inspection of various parts of the home we put an offer on. And he explained to us what the shortcomings were in the home (e.g basement heat ducting and washroom deficiency, lot grading, attic insulation etc.) and how they could be improved upon. I would recommend him strongly to anyone who wants to get home inspection done professionally.
