Home inspection
Tom did a thorough, excellent inspection for our new house which gives us a peace of mind. I recommend him to others home buyers.

Tom was incredibly thorough and informative throughout the whole process--and even with some follow-up questions I had after I received my report.

Home inspection
Very satisfied with the service. Tom is a professional with high attention to detail. I liked his approach of explaining the process and walk through each part of the house explaining his findings and providing his expert opinion, first with a visual inspection and later with a thermal camera.

Home Inspection
We had Tom from Clearview Home & Property Inspection over to our home in Richmond Hill to perform a second inspection for the items covered under the Tarion 2 Year Warranty as well as items that require maintenance in general. As always, he was friendly, informative, thorough with the inspection, and incredibly patient with our questions and requests. We will definitely have him over every couple of years to have a look at our home just to make sure that everything is in order.

Pre-purchase Home inspection
To say this was a top notch inspection job is not doing it enough justice. Tom was very professional, friendly and detail oriented throughout the inspection. He did not cut any corners and was very methodical in his approach. He walked us through every bit of minor or major issues he found, explained it to us and documented everything in his report. We opted for the thermal-infrared scanning and found it to be very useful. All in all highly recommended and at a very reasonable cost.

Home Inspection
Tom came out yesterday to do a home inspection for a home we were considering buying. He took us through the entire process, beginning outside and then throughout the house. At each step, he patiently explained what the problem was, how serious it was and how to fix it, followed that evening by a written report with photos. Tom is the consummate professional, both in his knowledge and in his interaction with clients. In fact, our real estate agent and the seller both asked for his card. Highly recommended.

Home Inspection
We hired Tom from Clearview Home and Property Inspections to do a thorough "Healthy Home" inspection on a house we had just purchased. Tom was very thorough with his inspection and took extra care to explain all of his findings. His report was detailed and he was quick to respond to emails and phone calls when any questions came up. The one thing that really sticks out about Tom is that he seems to genuinely care about his job and takes it very seriously. He doesn't cut corners. I highly recommend him.

Home inspection
Tom did a home inspection for me. This is my first home and he did a thorough job. He explained everything he did during the inspections and answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable. He is very fast with answering emails. I feel confident in using him.
