    Home inspection

    Tom was an extremely professional, knowledgeable and methodical inspector. He arrived on time and outlined each step of the process prior to beginning the inspection. He provided explanations and answered any questions we had on site. We appreciated Tom's approachable manner combined with his ability to communicate information clearly. In addition to this, we only booked him one day before the inspection. He was then able to provide the final report by 10:00 PM on the night of the inspection. We purchased the Extended Plus package. We would definitely use his services again!

    HOME INSPECTION

    Our inspector Tom was punctual and very knowledgeable and thorough. When we did a walk through the home, he explained things that could be changed clearly. I don't know much about houses but he made me understand especially with his inspection report. He took pictures and wrote a thorough description of the problems and solutions. I highly recommend doing the extended home inspection because he used a thermal infrared camera to check the insulation and the frames. It was worth every penny!!!

    EXTENDED HOME INSPECTION

    Tom was very professional, friendly and thorough with the home inspection. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a thorough inspection of the home we were looking into buying. He pointed out several things we hadn't noticed prior and after the inspection was done we were much more comfortable giving an offer on the house. It was also really great to receive the report the same day, which kept us on track with placing our offer.

    Home inspection

    We had Tom inspect a home for my wife and I two years ago and were very impressed with his service. My brother just made an offer on a home so we turned to Tom again for a home inspection. As with the previous inspection, Tom showed up on time and conducted a very detailed inspection, pointing out all the deficiencies with the home. The report was once again very detailed and during the inspection Tom walked around explaining every detail of what he found and the inspection process. We opted for the upgraded inspection this time which included thermal imaging and this was well worth the additional cost since he noted several additional possible issues with the home that would not have been caught without the use of thermal imaging. We called Tom afterwards to ask him some follow up questions and his personal opinion regarding the house and the condition. Tom is an incredible home inspector, very detail oriented, extremely helpful, and very prompt. I would highly recommend Tom if you're looking for a home inspector.

    Home inspection before house purchase

    Tom was able to accommodate an inspection request on very short notice (Friday evening for a Saturday afternoon inspection), which allowed us to quickly remove the 'inspection' condition on our offer. Even better, Tom was thorough in his work and patient with his explanations, and delivered a useful report shortly afterwards (which was definitely better than most that I've seen). Would definitely recommend.

    Excellent

    This is the first time I used a home inspection service during house purchases. The inspector Tom was clearly very detailed. He took the time to personally explain to me many of his concerns, and answered patiently of my millions of questions. He went through the whole building with me towards the end of each stage of inspections to point out issues of concern. He identified some leakage signs that the other pre-sales inspection report did not find. The Report he generated had a 50+ pages with summary and further details, as well as my onsite photos. And he used those in the Report to illustrate items/issues that needed to be addressed. He also used the Report to recommend things to watch out for in the future, or to upgrade in the medium term. An excellent report, professionally managed. The price is reasonable. Great service. Thank you.

    Home inspection

    Tom replied super quickly to my inquiry, booked with him at a convenient time and met him at the house. He worked with my agent, had already been on the roof and had photos to show me before I even got there, and was very clear about the process and how the inspection worked. After each floor, he carefully walked me through all his findings - this guy has an incredible eye for detail and knowledge, and can explain it clearly to absolute non-experts like me. He pointed out various potential issues on the property, but also let me know what was an actual concern and what are things I should simply be aware of or what I should keep my eye on in the future. He does a great job at balancing awareness without creating unnecessary fear. The report is helpful both to understand what I'm getting into for buying - but even more for the maintenance of the property in the future. This was not what I expected in a home inspection! Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a great job in the inspection. He was on time, went through each floor thoroughly and then patiently answered all my questions as we walked through each floor discussing the items he saw.I would definitely use him again or recommend him to others.

    CONDO INSPECTION

    Tom did a fantastic job. Not only is he thorough but he's a pleasure to work with. I used Clearview previously for an inspection on my home and so knew I was in good hands when it came time to purchase my condo. Tom was very sensitive to my concerns and handled the home inspection with extreme attention to detail and care. I would recommend Clearview anytime and have already done so to many friends. You won't regret calling them!
