    Home Inspection

    I had the absolutely pleasure of working with Tom while he did a home inspection on a new developed home that I purchased. Tom assured me that the home was constructed well and that it had some minor issues along with a couple of bigger problems that mostly concerned the furnace heat and air flow throughout the home. Tom was exceptionally professional and he explained things to me very well thought out and thorough. I would recommend Tom to anyone needing a home inspection. It was cost effective, thorough and really put my mind at ease. Thanks Tom!!

    home inspection

    I called Clearview for a rush inspection. Our inspector Tom was great. He arrived early and was very meticulous and thorough. The report was amazing and we can use this as reference for many years to come. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    This was my first time seeing inspection and Tom was really professional and discussed about everything in details for me. I really appreciate his favor and time.

    Extended Home Inspection

    Got a home inspection done before buying a house. Tom was very professional, friendly and even arrived earlier then set time to account for forecasted rain. Very thorough while explaining everything, would definitely recommend him for inspections.

    Home inspection

    Amazing service and professionally done home inspection. We are very happy with the manner in which we were treated and the level of detail that we received during the inspection and in the report. We saved a ton of money by using this inspection and got a reduction in the purchase price. Great job

    Home Inspection

    I purchased a new home and required a home inspection. I did my own independent research, as well as asking a trusted adivsor for a referral and in both instances I came upon Clearview. Tom's process for onboaridng a new customer is crisp and impressive; anyone who does all of their paperwork in the cloud and provides PDFs instantly of contracts and documentation is top notch in my book; one sign of stability and professionalism. Tom arrived to the site 5 minutes early. He provided a very good primer initially as to his three pass process (I purchased the thermal camera package - which you must do - the cost is negligible for the value add). He then spent the next 2.5 hours with myself, my real estate agents and the current home owner. He went over and above and answered many questions that I had. There is NO doubt I would call Tom again or recommend him to everyone I know. The report that I received by that night was super detailed with photos. He's a must have for your next real estate transaction.

    Traditional Home Inspection

    Extended Home Inspection

    Very thorough home inspection. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the whole process, but I am thrilled to have used Clearview as there were incredibly detailed and thorough. It gave me the confidence to move forward with this home. I can't thank you enough. Thanks a million!

    Home inspection

    We were very pleased with the service that Tom provided for us on the inspection of our 4th home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about every aspect of the home inspection. He made sure we were well informed and was very patient with any questions we had. We were also very impressed with the detailed report he provided for us later that same day. He certainly put our minds at ease and we would highly recommend this service for anyone who is in the process of purchasing their next home.
