    Inspection

    Tom is very helpful in explaining everything and points out what needs to be done asap also what could be optional. The whole inspection provides us a very clear view on what is going on so we can plan ahead. Thank you!

    home inspection

    Clearview was absolutely wonderful. Our inspector Bob did a fantastic job and help us understand all the issues with the home. From the very first call, to the inspection and report and the followup questions, we are thrilled with the excellent service we received. Thanks Bob and thanks Clearview

    home inspection

    Wow! This was an absolutely thorough inspection. Very detailed. Our inspector was able to find things that even the home owner did not know about. My family was also very impress. Highly recommend this company. Thank you clearview

    Home Inspection

    I contacted Tom after being referred to him by a family member. He was friendly and accommodating to a short notice request for an inspection. He explained to me what he was going to inspect and explained the problems to me after he found them. The report he sends you via email afterwards is very detailed. I would highly recommend him.

    Home Inspections

    Tom came on time. Explain to my wife and I how, when and where he will be doing inspections. He was very detailed. Very trustworthy, and answered all our questions. I totally recommend him. Don't go cheap on inspection. With them it’s worth a piece of mind. His report was very detailed and full of information. I was very impressed.

    Home Inspection (Extended Thermal)

    Tom was very helpful and great to work with. He was knowledgeable and I'm glad we spent the extra money for the extended program with thermal detection. Well worth the money!

    Home Inspection

    After reading reviews in HomeStars, I contacted Tom to discuss about Home Inspection for our next house. He answered all the questions and responded promptly when I made the appointment. On the inspection day Tom showed up few minutes earlier, explained the whole process and walked us through every single detail. His inspection was very thorough. Infrared camera helped uncover water leak that we plan to fix before moving in. Report was made available on the same day before mid-night. Report is very detailed and useful.

    House Inspection

    Tom Rando is very good as a home inspector: patient, attention to details, comfortable to deal with. He takes time to explain to me in details. I would recommend to my friends who need the services. Thank you to Tom for the help.

    Home Inspection

    I'm a realtor and recently I just bought my own house. I hired Tom as home inspector and he proved to be very professional. The inspection was thorough and helpful. I strongly recommend his service for home inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I have found the best home inspector in the city. Tom was by far, the most thorough and comprehensive inspector I've seen. No question was too big or too small for him to answer. The inspection report was also top notch. Great job, very satisfied.
