    Home Inspection

    Tom was very professional and thorough with his inspection and explained everthing in detail. He was very punctual and accomodated us on very short notice. My wife and I were buying an older home and had some concerns and Tom's report reassured us especially with the level of detail he provided. Price was in line with others we had looked at for Full Inspection but glad we went with Clearview as it was well worth it. I would recomend this service to anyone.

    Home inspection

    I am extremely satisfied with the home inspection services provided by Tom Rando. He is very profession and easy to work with. He gave me the opportunity to clarify all my doubts and answered all my questions in respectful and professional manner. He offered to help me even after the seller had rectified the insufficiency which were earlier detected by Tom. I was very impressed with his work. I will definitely recommend his name to anyone whother wants tone get the home inspection done.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was truly amazing! He paid close attention to detail, took his time inspecting, and then shared his findings and answered all of our questions very patiently, loved Tom's services!

    Home Inspection

    Very thorough and detailed. They arrived on time and checked everything they could. They also explained any issues found very well. Compared to others, their prices are also very competitive.

    Home inspection

    Tom provide us with excellent service. Helped us a lot at our desprate time. The inspection was done in detailed, the report covered pretty much everything. We really appreciated the work he has done.

    home inspection

    You will no go wrong with Tom. Simply, he is the best in the gta. He explained everything to me in details. Came for the inspection right in time. I highly recommend him. Never go cheap inspection. I'm glad I've chosen the extended inspection package with the infra red camera he had. Thanks Tom.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I hired Tom to inspect a home we were purchasing. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He pointed out all issues to us - regardless of how minor - so we could monitor in the future. The home inspection report we received was detailed and also included photos. He also used a thermal imaging camera to detect where there was any heat loss. Highly recommended. A home inspection is not something you want to cheap out on. I am sure you can find a less expensive home inspector, but you get what you pay for, and in this case it is worth every penny.

    Home Inspection

    I selected Clearview base on the great reviews and I was extremely happy with their service. You really get what you pay for with these guys. My inspector Vahn was extremely thorough and the detailed report was amazing. I learned so much from this process and would highly recommend Clearview for your home inspection needs.

    Home Inspection

    Amazing inspection. Bob from Clearview did a wonderful job for us. He was very thorough and his approach was very good. I very much liked the way he answered my questions. The report was also very good. I defineately would recommend clearview home inspections

    Home Inspection

    Tom was professional and patient, explaining each step, and their 'templated' report was really quite gorgeous. The fact that he physically went up on the roof was already a bonus. Would recommend.
