    Home inspection

    I am a Real Estate Broker and I have referred Clearview, Thomas Rando to a few clients based on his professionalism from start through to after the inspection. Thomas has always been very quick to respond to phone calls or emails - selling or buying real estate is all about timing and Thomas understands that and he makes himself available as much as possible, even on weekends if needs be. Thomas is very detailed in his inspections, sometimes finding issues that many people would not even think of. He explains his process, does his inspection and reports his findings in a very clear & concise manner to the client. And he is always on time. Thank you Thomas.

    home inspection

    Recently I purchased my home and was looking for a good home Inspector. i got couple recommendation but I wanted to do my own research and feel comfortable about the home inspection. Came across the home star website and thru that from all the reviews I have read ,I chose Clearview home and property inspections. From the 1st time dialing my phone, I got to talk to Tom, no waiting period. He gave me all three tier of home inspection pricing and I chose higher one because I want to know the details of the house including the air quality. We set the date and time. When I arrived at the house I saw he actually came earlier then the set time and started his work. It was a pleasure talking to him, dealing with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and very detail oriented with his work. what I loved about his work among many reasons is he will go check 1 section and explain the details and then go to the next section. just amazing. And he even made me feel comfortable to ask him any other question I have even after the report is sent to me. which I did and he was fantastic, answered all my question, made it very clear. The money is well spent. I will recommend him to everyone I know. He is the best home Inspector, he even impressed my real estate agent, who deals with other inspectors and saw the difference. Thank you Tom.

    Home inspection

    We hired Tom for our home inspection based on HomeStars reviews. Our expectation was high and Tom's service was totally satisfactory. His inspection was very thorough and pointed us to various potential problem areas that require immediate or medium term attention. Overall, the inspection report has been extremely helpful as a maintenance blueprint. We high recommend Tom for his professional service.

    home inspection

    I ask tom to perform a home inspection for a house that I purchased. tom is very professional, detailed oriented and explained all the findings of the house in a very clear and easy to understand way. I will definitely ask for tom's service again if needed

    Home inspection

    As a first time buyer I had no idea what to expect from an inspection. Tom was very professional, taking time to explain everything to me. Each time he inspected a room, he gave the feedback right away, allowing time for questions. When he inspected the roof, he noticed that some reparation had to be done and that there was water leaking. As I chose the extended inspection with infrared camera for $525, he was able to detect that the leak didn’t go inside the wall. His inspection was great, going from big things to small details (such as the toilet that was loose in the bathroom and had to be screwed better). A couple of hours after the inspection I received a very detailed report with photos that I kept as a checklist of what has to be done once I get in the house. I was more than happy with Tom and his professionalism.

    Home Inspection

    It was very refreshing to quality work and service. I can see why Clearview has the best ratings. From the first phone call to the after move in support these guys are without a doubt the best. I was also very impressed at how quickly they produced a high quality report on the same day. All I can say is great job and keep up the amazing work.

    home inspection

    Absolutely Great experience! Tom from Clearview was very thorough and knowledgeable and friendly too which made the whole experience enjoyable in what can be a stressful time. From the first phone conversation to the inspection itself, he explained and showed everything he was doing and went over every detail of his notes at the end of the inspection, to ensure we understood what he had done. His report is equally as detailed and we will use it as my home maintenance checklist. Thank you

    Home Inspection

    From the first time I contacted Tom, his responsiveness to my questions and queries was reassuring. When we arrived to the home inspection site and all during the inspection, he was clear and concise describing his plan to tackle this 6000+ sq. ft. home. This is the third inspection I have had over the years and by far the best. Previous inspections had not provided embedded photos in the report highlighting areas of concern. Also, the additional cost for the infrared inspection was in my option highly valuable in making sure there were no unseen moisture, heating/cooling, insulation or other HVAC or plumbing issues. His service is not the least expensive but with real estate costs what they are, it is full value and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

    home inspection

    Not having a ton of experience in home renovations or repairs, my wife and I were looking for a home inspector who was thorough, and could give us piece of mind that our new purchase was a sound investment. Tom has fantastic - a wealth of knowledge and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the process. He was always available for questions both before and after the appointment and made the buying process much easier. Well worth the money. We would recommend Tom without any reservation to any home buyer.

    Home Inspection

    We were very satisfied with the level of service Tom provided from the initial phone call to the final inspection report. Tom was very patient and walked through and around the house with us explaining his findings. Thank you very much Tom! It's great to meet people who love what they do!
