    Home inspection before purchase.

    Clear, concise review and inspection of the property. Results were easily explained with photos and closeups. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Home inspection

    The inspector was ver precise and took the time to explain what he was doing and why It was very detailed and the report was delivered on time as promised

    Home Inspection

    Tom is very professional home inspector, he walked me through the inspection process, he showed me the results and explained every detail, A very detailed report was provided the next day explained every details and highlighted the recommendations for over all improvements I was an absolute pleasure working with Tom, I highly recommended Clearview Home & Property Inspections

    Home inspection

    Tom is a professional home inspector who provided a detailed report of the condo. He took the time to go through the report with me as well a provide recommendations on improving the overall unit. Highly recommend.

    Home inspection

    Tom was excellent and thorough with his inspection and even gave me detailed images of all the work. Thanks to his extra due diligence I was able to save money with the builder before completion

    Commercial property building inspection

    This was our second time using Clearview Home & Property Inspections, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed by Toms knowledge, professionalism and exceptional service! He walked us through the property, explained all of the deficiencies and patiently answered all of our questions. He then provided us with a detailed report of his inspection.     Home inspection, including thermal imaging

    Tom is continually outstanding. He managed to squeeze us in last minute for a very timely inspection and was able to manage a large number of family members' questions and concerns while executing a thorough and comprehensive inspection. We have had him out for several houses now and he has consistently produced a high quality, high value service.

    Home Inspection

    I contacted Tom to assist with our home inspection because of all the positive reviews we saw on Homestars and he did not disappoint. Firstly we were a little late (5-10 mins) for the appointment as we were coming from work. When we arrived, Tom was already on the roof because he was on time and he started immediately. Tom clearly explained the process in steps, allowed us as much time as we needed for questions after each step of the inspection process and then he promptly provided us with a detailed inspection report less than 24 hours later. Tom is very knowledgeable, experienced and also clearly loves what he does, and this comes through in every interaction with him. We would highly recommend Tom's services to anyone looking for a home or property inspection.
