    Educational and throughout inspection

    Tom from Clearview has arrived in time and educate us about the property. He carefully inspect the house inside out ( took him 2-3 hours) and most often pause between sections so our family can ask and share our concerns. Later on the document are available through online portal. The report is easy to pack with useful information as well as Tom notes on the property. All in all we think his knowledgable presence help us making the right decision on the property. Thank you Tom!

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a great job for us. Our appointment was on a raining day, but he still spend a lot of time checked the outside of the house multiple times to make sure everything was in a good condition. After the inspection, he prepared a detailed report with clear photons and explanations of improving areas. He also provided great advice on how to maintain and keep everything in good condition. Overall, we had a great experience. Tom is patient and professional. I will recommend Tom and his company to everyone I know.

    Home Inspection for Purchase

    Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough in his inspection and provided a detailed report with improvement recommendations. It was super helpful to target renovations. He even provided a follow up call to walk through the report and answer any questions. Definitely recommend his service.

    Home inspection

    I had Tom inspect the home I had committed to buy and was very happy for the diligent inspection he did both inside and outside the home. A fully detailed report was provided that easy to understand. I will use Toms services again if I need a home inspection.

    Great Service! Reasonable Price!

    We needed a home inspection quickly done as we were closing on our new home fast. I called Clearview and managed to have them booked to carry out the inspection all within 2 days. Tom from Clearview was responsive, answering all of my questions in detail, and carefully going over the process and client expectations. The home inspection itself was thorough! He pointed out questionable items, big and small. We honestly felt relief and safe purchasing our home as we knew what areas to pay attention to and get fixed quickly. The report that was provided in the end was detailed with photos and overall impressive. We were so happy with their service and would 100% recommend them! Thank you again!

    Pool and house inspection

    Tom did a thorough and professional job of inspecting the house I eventually purchased. His added expertise in pools was valuable - I did not have to wonder if he knew what he was talking about. He carefully inspected inside and out, sharing his observations periodically as he went. The written report was thorough, giving specific recommendations and guiding me in prioritizing decisions and finances. I wholeheartedly recommend Tom and Clearview Home and Property Inspections.

    Home Inspection

    Tom inspected two houses for us during our house search before we purchased one of the houses. He is very professional and yet friendly. As first time home buyers who have little experience, what we appreciated the most is that Tom took time to explain everything and answered our many questions, both in person during the inspection and over the phone even weeks after the inspection. His inspection report was detailed and sent to us promptly after the inspection. We actually learned a lot about home maintenance from working with Tom. We have no doubt that he truly cares about his clients. He uses his professional expertise, experience, and judgment to provide insights and recommendations that were invaluable for us. After the positive experience with the first inspection, it was a no-brainer for us to choose Tom again for the second home inspection, and we would recommend Tom to anyone without any hesitation.     Home inspection for first-time buyer

    Tom was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his inspection of my home. As a first-time homebuyer, there were many things I did not know - Tom spent the time walking me through his process, his findings, and the costs I should expect to have to cover. I was impressed with the attention to detail, and his expertise eased my mind greatly. The entire inspection was documented in a final report in great detail, which I've found invaluable in my budgeting and prioritizing of repairs and upgrades. I would not hesitate to recommend Clearview to any of my friends or family. Thanks Tom!
