    Home Inspection

    Fantastic service and very thorough home inspection. Tom was able to come at the last minute and spend the entire morning with me taking me through the house and explaining his findings. Highly recommended, would use again!

    Home Inspection

    Tom arrived at the home inspection site early and was very professional. He made the home owners feel at ease by keeping them informed throughout the entire process. The home inspection was very thorough and Tom emailed the report the same day so that we could review what had been found as well as his recommendations. Thank you very much Tom Rando!!!

    Home Inspection

    Thomas is great home inspector. He was on time for service. He explained all steps in detail. He inspected minute details and explained very well about maintenance of house. I will definitely refer clear view to anyone inquiring.

    Home Inspection

    Tom arrived early and was well prepared for the inspection. He completed a very thorough inspection and after each part he informed us as to what needed to be attended to immediately or later. Tom was very personable which made it easy to talk with him and ask questions. He provided us with a detailed inspection report which included pictures making it very easy to understand. We would definitely recommend Tom to our friends and family.

    Home Inspection

    Amazing job. I had Tom from Clearview inspect this 150year old farm house for us. We are very impressed at the amount of detail that was provided to us. We were able to use the Inspection report to reduce the price of the home so it was very worthwhile having this done. Great job and would recommend to all.

    Home Inspection

    We were very pleased with the service provided by Tom. He did a through inspection, was very professional and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Tom if you need a house inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared

    We had just recently purchased our home, built in the 1950's, and we wanted a thorough home inspection done. Bob was our home inspector and we were so impressed with his professionalism and good advice. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and clear in pointing out the areas we need to pay attention to and ways to make our house more efficient and safe. He gave us a thorough report we could refer to later on and we felt the services were well worth the money! Highly recommend this company!

    Home Inspection

    We called homestars for a home inspection service for the house that we were going to buy. The inspector did a great job. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He made us very comfortable to ask questions and understand everything. He did a full inspection including visual inspection, photographing, moisture test and infrared test. The report that he provided to us was very informative, well written and useful. We were totally happy with the service and will recommend their service for any home buyer.

    Home Inspection

    This company and Tom were recommended to us by our real estate agent. As indicated, he was very thorough, professional and patient, in particular as we are first time home buyers. He took the time to ensure that we understood all aspects of the inspection prior to and during the service, and the report was very detailed and helpful. In contrast with other companies, and based on the more in depth service he provided, the cost was very reasonable. We would recommend to others.
