    home inspection

    Wow.. Amazing inspection and lots of attention to detail. Our inspector was very thorough. I was very surprised that he climbed on a very steep roof too. Report was very detailed and would definitely recommend Tom from Clearview

    Home inspection

    Very professional and thorough. Immediately from the first phone call, I was impressed with the detailed information provided of what the home inspection entailed. As first-time homebuyers, this was extremely helpful. Tom made sure to follow up and address any new questions we had, even after the inspection had been completed.

    home inspection

    Excellent and highly professional service. Tom was great at explaining all the issues discovered during the inspection, which were detailed thoroughly in the home inspection report received the same day. I'd recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional home inspection service.

    Home Inspection

    We were very pleased with our home inspection. Tom really took his time and was very thorough. He explained all of his findings in a very clear and concise way, while also providing many useful tips regarding home maintenance. As first time home owners it was a great learning experience. We will gladly recommend Tom to our friends and family who are in need of a home inspector.

    Home Inspection and Infrared

    Our inspector, Bob, really did a wonderful job. The inspection was thorough and Bob walked us over every detail about the home and what he found. I am really glad for paying little extra to avail the "Thermal Imaging" component of inspection and we were able to see the issues that weren't visible to our naked eyes. It's worth more than what I have paid for. At the end of inspection, my confidence grew a lot as I knew what's underlying beneath. We are very happy with the service we recieved from Clearview.

    home inspection

    Tom was awesome with both home inspections he did. Not only did Tom look out for my best interest as a potential home buyer and saved me from buying an unsuitable house, but also gave me his 'seal of approval' so to speak on the house I did buy, and am sooo incredibly happy. Tom's home inspection was not only thorough, but he did not rush the process, he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things that should be addressed in my new home and things that I might want to think about doing down the road. He made me feel very knowledgeable about what I was thinking about buying. I have no hesitation in referring Clearview

    home inspection

    We are extremely satisfied with the service. Tom is very professional and very nice. He not only inspected every details of our house but also taught us how to maintain the house which is really beneficial to first-time house owners like us. we felt very lucky that we havd Tom there helped us checked the house, and we would absolutely recommend them to family and friends!

    home inspection

    good service, nice people, excellent experience I personally expected some more feedback from the IR inspection both orally and in written report since we paid more money for this option. I agree "no news is good news", but I still would like to be informed.

    Visual Home Inspection

    Very professional. Happily arranged weekend appointment, arrived on time and was thorough in review, walk through and follow up. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a visual home inspection.
