Tom inspected house. He was very polite and thorough. He also gave us tips and recommendations. As a first time buyer, I am happy he was our inspector and I highly recommend buyers this company!

Clearview Home and Property Inspections met all mine and my wife's expectations. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Tom was very thorough in his inspection and in explaining what he was doing throughout the process. He didn't hesitate to tell us what needed work what what did not. He is very friendly and personable, and has answered numerous questions weeks after the inspection was completed. Great work!

As our house was nearing 20 years old we contracted Clearview to get professional input on what may need work and where to prioritize updates to ensure repair priorities and budget was directed to the correct locations. Tom was excellent, thorough, detailed and did an excellent job of providing detailed explanations and observations. All questions were answered with consideration. Highly recommend this service.

Tom came to do the inspection on time. He was very polite and pleasant to speak with and did a thorough job of inspecting all the rooms. Tom Rando did the inspection for the home that I purchased in Brampton. He was thorough in his explanation of the problems he encountered and the report was a very handy reference when we visited the home a final time before the closing. Even after we moved in, I had a few problems which I needed clarification on, and he was more than willing to address any concerns we had.

Tom is an expert in home inspection, not only he did great and careful about his work, I personally learned so much from it as he went through the process. I really appreciated his work attitude and I strongly recommend anyone who would like to do home inspection to keep him in mind.

My wife is allergic to mould and this being our first home purchase, we were very concerned about any kind of dampness. Especially hidden damage behind a wall or something. Not only did Tom from Clearview inspect the walls with an infrared scanner and lay our fears to rest, but explained every aspect of how things work in a home. Also pointing out any other flaws , the home inspection was far more detailed and complete than I anticipated. Friendly and professional service! A+++
