Covered Patio & Privacy Screen
We hired Adam and BILDAM Home Improvements to construct a covered structure over our patio and to build a privacy screen for our hot tub. They were fair with their estimate for the job and Adam was very easy to work with in designing the structures. BILDAM did a fantastic job throughout the construction project. The guys were excellent and worked diligently to stay within the time lines of the project. They were very professional in their approach and very helpful and informative for us when we had questions. I would recommend BILDAM over and over again and will call them for any projects that arise here in the future. Look no further for your construction needs. Call these guys.

Deck
Bildam built a 350 sq. ft. composite deck for us at the end of last summer. Their workmanship was first class. they were always punctual and they left our yard clean at the end of each day. The deck survived the winter admirably and we are enjoying it now that summer has arrived. Adam and his crew were especially helpful in offering creative suggestions for the deck. Communication was excellent. No hesitation to recommend Bildam. We will be calling them to consider other renovation jobs we have planned

Full Basement Reno
Always had Bildam in mind for when we wanted to get our basement finished, and was not disappointed. Job took longer than we thought but that was also due to my particular requests. Bill and the entire crew are top notch. Quotes are reasonable and expected. Our basement is perfect and many thanks to Adam and Bill and the team.

I absolutely love the barn board walls we did around your custom bar, and it really ties in well with the old barn beam fire place mantel we built. Deck
A very easy and courteous company to deal with from the beginning to the end of the project. All the employees were friendly and professional. They always took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. Our carpenter Norms first priority was making sure he was building us a deck we would be happy with. Thanks to everyone at Bildam.

Kitchen reno and Hall floors
My wife and I required our kitchen renewed, I drew what i wanted and they delivered as requested I watched the process from start to finish no short cuts, proper contracts and permitry. We were assisted every step of the way and watched our kitchen become something we always wanted. The workmanship was great and staff were friendly and put up with all our questions. It was a very pleasurable experience. When things went wrong Bildam stood behind there word and made things right. Our kitchen has been looked at by our family and friends and all were amazed at how it looked and fit in our property. Our neigbourhood is well established for many years and this job was a challenge. They did it right passed ALL inspections and returned to my wife and I something we longed for, for many years. I fully recommend the services of this company and would use them again if we need something done.

Main Floor Renovation
Having used Adam and Bill on our back deck reno the previous year and being totally satisfied with the outcome, we had no hesitation to use them for our kitchen renovation. Of course, our idea grew before we actually signed the contract, but with the skilled team that they had, especially Bill as a master carpenter, we knew we were in good hands. Walls were knocked down, others built, total layout redesign, new flooring, total chaos for about 3 months, with a total job of about 5. Close attention was paid to small details. We were occasionally making changes to our original plans, which Adam and Bill graciously accommodated. Requests for touch up/follow up work were attended to in a very timely fashion. Adam dealt with the city re getting the appropriate approvals and inspections, and Bill made sure the design was exactly as we had envisioned, with both of them making change suggestions when they felt it was necessary. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and would not hesitate to recommend them! A big big thanks to Adam, Bill and their team.

Kitchen
This is my second project with Bildam and I can't believe I am even more impressed the second time around. Adam was so professional and honest and I had every inch of trust in him and his ability to complete my kitchen renno on time and budget! Bill and his team are beyond talented and their attention to detail is incredible. They finished my project just as they said they would. I am SO happy with our renno. I will be working with them on ALL of my future home projects.

Balcony
My balcony needed to be replaced due to rotted wood, and chose Bildam based on reviews on the Homestar website. I couldn't have made a better choice for the job. From the first meeting with Adam to the completion of the work by Bill and his crew, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The requirement of the design, work. timing and costs were clearly established prior to the start of the job with no fear of unknown factors coming into the process. In my experience, I find Adam and Bill to be unique individuals who perform timely quality work, and can't help but be impressed by the way they work. At the end of each day, they cleaned the site as if the job was completed, and did little to interrupt my daily routine. I would not hesitate to use Bildam again.

Basement
Adam and Bill did a fantastic job renovating our basement. The quality of the workmanship was second to none. Both Bill and Adam are true professionals and make you feel comfortable during the entire project and went above and beyond to make sure the project was perfect!

Stairs for balcony to lower level
Adam and his crew were amazing. They are so professional, were able to design the stairs correctly where we had 3 other contractors come in and they couldn't figure out the best approach without taking up too much of the backyard space. Adam is reasonably priced and he gives you the facts and choices you have. He is not there to see how much money he can get from you, he is there to provide sound advice and help you make the right decision for yourself and your budget. Adam knows just about every trade in the industry and he is the only person I call for advice and referrals for any work I need on my home that his crew doesn't specialize in. They say you need a good doctor and lawyer, well I say you need an amazing Home Improvement contractor that you can trust as a home owner and Adam is your guy!
