Toilet blocked
Alexander came on Thanksgiving Sunday. He unblocked the toilet, retrieving the object stuck. We were having a very stessful day and Alexander was so great. He got the job done, was really friendly and understanding. I would 100% recommend him to anybody. We will call him again if we are in need of a plumber. He did an amazing job.

Clogged Kitchen SInk
The company is very easy to deal with. Richard who came to service our clogged kitchen drain was very courteous and knowledgeable of his trade. He worked efficiently so the job was done in no time at all. I would highly recommend them.

Basement Flooding
My basement backed up and I had 2 companies come in to look at the area. Rooter-Man was one of them and Stephan came out to give an estimate. Very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. His quote was reasonable and I booked him for service at the end of the week and paid a $500 deposit. I ended up going with a local company instead as I got a better rate but Stephan was able to refund my money. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on the house in the future.

Replacing sewage drains
In less than a week the 2 hard-working gents corrected my sewer drainage saga. For years prior I was regularly having to snake my very slow draining clay pipes that were in my 100-year-old house. Rooter-Man took out building permits and filed all the paperwork for the backwater valve rebate, on my behalf. I appreciated the 2nd party review of their work (from the City inspector) & their quick response time to my emails & phone calls. The job required: digging up the old clay pipes in the basement digging down to the clay pipes outside of the house & connecting to city pipes replacing builders' vent (outside the house) removal of the 2' high cement & clay pedestal that the toilet was on sinking the kitchen pipe into the floor reconnecting washing machine drain pipe properly partial replacement of stack

Snaked shower drain
Alex arrived to clear the shower drain downstairs. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. Drain works fine now! He also was very informative about things which should not be used like Drano or baking soda. Thanks for the help!

Bathroom Sink
Alex was on time and extremely professional. I felt like he gave me a fair competitive quote and his work exceeded my expectations. He left the place cleaner than when he had arrived

Lateral Sewer Line Replacement
About 80' long lateral sewer line replacement (underground excavation, pipe line installation and backfill). Excellent work.

French drain
The experience was start to finish was professionally handled and Stephano was superb in his interaction and information. The crew was on time respectful and very capable. I had nothing but a great experience and without hesitation I will continue to call on them and recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Plugged bathroom drain
The service man came promptly, looked at my drain, asked a few questions, and gave me an explanation and drew up an estimate. The work he did was professional, efficient and he gave me some helpful tips. Lastly he cleaned up the area so it looked perfect. Rooter -man did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

Drain Inspection and Clean Out
After having another company come and review my home following a sewer backup, I was told that I needed to remove an old main line trap which was causing the clog (and $2800 to fix). Stephen Brodar from Rooter man came the next day and found that the trap had already been removed, and that the issue was a blockage inside the house. If I had paid the $2800, A) the issue would not have been resolved, B) I would have torn up my driveway for no reason. I very much appreciated Stephens no pressure diagnosis and resolution of my problem. He gave me a clear idea what was causing the issue, fixed it, and gave me a detailed quote on how to resolve the issue so it does not happen in the future. Very highly recommended. -WC
