Bathroom Faucet
Plumber name Alex Grzebieniak came on Jun. 30, 2017, to fix our Bathroom faucet leak. Alex was extremely professional and courteous. He managed to pinpoint the root cause and promptly repaired the issue. We found Alex to be very knowledgable and at the same time empathetic to our ordeal. Experiences like this makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Alex and the Rooter Man for the service and support rendered.

Waterproofing, new weeping tiles.
Really glad I found these guys! incredible crew that provided top notch service. Would recommend them any day. Hard to find trades these days that go above, beyond and actually exceed your expectations. This crew is one of the few left that still do.

Great plumbing company
On a statutory holiday I came home to the sump pump alarm. The power to the pump was working and I was worried that the pump had died. Alex came within 2 hours despite the holiday and fixed the problem which turned out to be a faulty alarm switch, He was knowledgable, courteous and prompt. I recommend this company!!

Toilet mechanism replacement, unclogging and new kitchen trap
They showed up when asked and did the work needed. Uneventful. The way it's supposed to be.

Waterproofing foundation
Stephen came to inspect and recommended solutions very professionaly. He was providing answers to all the questions I had so I understood completely. The crew with Terry in charge was great and hard working. They did the work quickly without causing us any inconvenience. Overall I was very happy with the work and would recommend to anyone to deal with them.

Back Water valve
Afraid of back-up into our basement, we decided to finally get the valve installed. Rooterman was also the first to respond. Rooterman was not the cheapest quote, but Stephan was very clean and professional coming into our house to assess and provide quote. I was very impressed at the detailed written quote, which was not provided by other companies. Workers arrived and took much care to seal off the area, and cleaned up after themselves. Minimal damage to the floor where the cut was to install the valve. Workers were clean and did not wreck anything. Stephan followed up to inspect and provided the completed paper work for the city rebate. A very positive experience overall.

Basement interior weeping tile
Clean and Professional. We called them midweek in March and on Monday the crew showed up and went to work right away. They installed an interior weeping system with sump pit and pump in the basement within week.

Sewer Drain Replacement
On a weekend in December in December we noticed sewage backing up into our basement. We called RooterMan who responded to our problem very quickly. Steve did a long and thorough assessment and gave us our options for repair of a broken sewer line in our front yard. We opted to replace the line outside and a good portion in our basement. On Monday a full crew arrived and began work. They were very professional and courteous. The job was completed by Wednesday despite bad weather and the need to dig down 20 feet in our yard. The basement was completely repaired and new inspection and backflow prevention items installed. The front yard was a bit of mess when they left due to weather. In April the crew returned to clean up yard. Once again they did a professional job. Despite costing a fair bit of money I would recommend RooterMan to anyone having a problem similar to ours.
