Excellent service! I called Imperial for a quote on several new windows and doors. Henry arrived on time and was very efficient in taking measurements and providing options. My front door was not closing properly & I assumed it would need to be replaced. Instead, Henry quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the door knob / dead bolt plates, solving the problem and saving me hundreds of dollars! That's fabulous customer service! By providing a small, cost-effective repair instead of selling me a new front door, Henry has earned my loyalty and my business. Looking forward to the quote for the new windows.

I like the service of Imperial Windows and Doors. I wanted to change only basement window. I did market search. This company did at the reasonable cost. They did not force me to replace other windows and doors in the house. Agreed to replace what was needed as priority. I also like that he explained what and why he was doing. That way he build my trust in the company. In future renovation in the house, I will give preference to this company.

We ordered a custom stainless steeles door with Imperial. Waited for 1 and a half month, but worth it! Glass insert was so pretty! It looks amazing! We loved, and my neigbours loved! Thank you so much!
