Installation of a Bay Window In Living Room

My husband and I have a bay window in our living room, which had started leaking and we were talking about replacing it. As I drove down our street, I saw Imperial Door and Windows working. They were doing an amazing job. They came over to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. They were punctual and worked very hard. I would definately recommend them to my family and friends.

Front and back remove old doors and screens, reframe and install new doors

Henry did a beautiful job putting in a new front and back door for me. As mine is an older home with odd size doors he had to do a considerable amount of extra work to install the new doors. At my request he managed to salvage the old Art Deco trim and get it to fit the new frame. He is conscientious, friendly, efficient and tidy. I would definitely hire him again.

Front and back remove old screen and door, reframe and install new doors

I hired Henry Zalipski to remove old doors and screens on both the front and back of the house and reframe and install new doors. He was efficient, friendly and did a wonderful job; at my request he even managed to remove all the original art deco interior door trim carefully so that it could be used again once the new doors were installed even though the frames were different sizes. Not only am I thrilled the entire neighbourhood is jealous of my amazing red front door.

Getting windows professionally changed within budget for house on sale

I a a real estate person (www.sharmaajay.com). We (Myself and my associate (www.punam.com) got a very difficult house for sale few months back. The expected price and house condition was decent but the windows were all old (some rotten) and even some of the window glasses were broken. We had a budget within which we had to get the windows repaired to sell the house at client's price. We knew there was no way we can sell the house at the expected price if windows were in such a bad shape. We had no choice but to replace the windows. Even though we have our own team of repairmen, I decided to search for a new contact for window repair purely for cost savings and budgetary constraints. I looked at Kijiji and found Henry's info. I contacted him, and somehow developed confidence in him after talking to him and fixed appointment to have a meeting the same evening. We met at my house in Brampton. He arrived on time. We discussed the project (Replacing 10 windows with new energy star vinyl windows and removing the old ones from the property). I did not have to negotiate with him. His price from the first and only quote was @ 2,750 including tax (Energy Star Vinyl Good Quality Windows - some double hung- to be delivered/installed in 10 days). It amazed me. The cheapest quote I got from 3 other suppliers was $4,975 plus 3 weeks delivery/installation time. I paid the deposit and signed the contract. My associate was shocked. She did not believe that I had just handed over $ 400 cash deposit to a person I have never met before (I did take his driver licence copy). But somehow, I felt I could trust him. Well, the end result was fantastic. The work was done in time, with high professionalism, at the promised price and we were truly satisfied with the job very well done. Based on my experience, I will highly recommend him and his company for all windows work.
