He always responded quickly to any questions I had. Last year I had another door installed by another company who, when I called them again, were insisting on a flush door which we didn't want, because they said there wasn't a panelled door on the market that could accommodate the lock without interfering with the panels. Henry said what we needed was a door with narrower panels and he had the solution. He also had the door ready and installed within a few weeks which was perfect because I was worried about a late December installation. Other companies were saying 6-8 weeks. The house is older and it wasn't your average standard opening but the installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the door. Henry and his brother did a great job. We'll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs doors and windows.Answer from pro:

Imperial was a great choice for replacing the doors in my house! Product is amazing and the quality of service was second to none. Everything was done on schedule, and the work barely interrupted the goings on in our home! The owner, Hen, is such a gentleman and a truly reliable service provider. I needed new windows and doors for my home, so I contacted a few companies for quotes and Imperial stood out from the beginning as the best option. Very pleasant to speak with on the phone and I was very happy with the selection of choices available. The quotes provided were very fair. Good eye for design! I am in love with our new front door! I would highly recommend Henry and Imperial Windows and Doors. Henry was extremely responsive, very patient as we took many months to choose a new front door, and did an excellent job managing our expectations and installing the door. Everything was done according to schedule, installation was fast, and the site was left clean. He removed our old front door and left us with a beautiful new front door. The photo shows no moulding around the newly installed door but that was our choice as we are installing our own, upgraded, moulding (which Henry would have installed if we had had it on hand but we didnt). Imperial Windows did a terrific job in retro-fitting 3 of my windows that were in poor condition. This was my first experience going through a window replacement project. Henry was friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained each step of the installation process which I found to be very helpful. The custom made door replacement was completed very recently. I couldnt be more satisfied as it fits perfectly and will improve the view, eliminate drafts, and make life more comfortable . Henry is a highly skilled craftsperson and a pleasure to deal with. He is punctual to the minute, courteous, has excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. He kept me informed of every step along the way and answered all my questions. I am planning to do a much larger project based on this experience.
