I called Santos after unsuccessfully trying to deal with a bad smell coming from my basement floor drain. I cleaned the parts of the floor drain that I could reach and removed a large ball of floating grease but there was a dirty submerged 3" side pipe that I could not access. The smell got worse every time I ran the kitchen faucet and there was gurgling and water movement in the floor drain. I brought Santos in and Silverio very quickly realized that the gurgling was caused by water back flowing from the kitchen drain into the floor drain due to a blockage, caused by kitchen grease. Silverio gave a very clear and concise explanation that made complete sense based upon all of the symptoms, and he recommended that the drains be snaked to clear the blockage. The "before" video showed that the drain pipe was full of dirty water, while the "after" video showed nothing but a clean pipe with a clear stream of water running at the bottom. The water level in the floor drain returned to its proper level below the 3" side pipe and the offending odour was gone. Called Santos Water and Drain Service at 10:00 am one Friday morning. The said they would be able to clear the blockage and could show up at our desired time of 3:00 pm that same day. They price they charged us was well below the big competitors. The guys that showed up were punctual, tidy and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Punctual, professional, offered options, very reasonable. Santos did not try to upsell us and was very patient and pleasant. He answered all of our questions. We would call Santos again in a heartbeat.

Unbelievably fantastic service. Came out the same day as we called to give us a quote. Price was reasonable. Work was done promptly. They take pride in the work they do. Impressed that they put down drop sheets and cleaned up after job was completed. Surprised that we received a follow up call to make sure job was completed to our satisfaction. Just a great job. Damn fabulous. It was very well done and very quick and quite reasonable and they are very kind people and explain things to you which is great.

Very prompt and efficient service. Entirely satisfied and I will recommend Santos without hesitation. The sump pump was installed in February 2014. This year, I had trouble with the testing. I called around supper time and they told me they will come tomorrow. Actually I was still having supper when they knocked at my door.

Santos Plumbing and Drain service was prompt and courteous in repsonding to a leaking overflow bathub drain causing damage to other floors in the building. They found the issue and corrected it.

I was referred to Santos by a colleague. We had frozen pipes due to the extreme cold weather this past weekend. I was impressed by his professionalism, quick response time and resolution of the problem. I would highly recommend Santos to anyone looking for a plumber.

After waiting 3 days with no water for the city to arrive, only to tell us our frozen pipes were inside the house and we needed to call a plumber, I'm glad we found Santos. He picked up the call straight away, was around within 3 hours and did an excellent job locating the frozen pipes and defrosting within 3 mins!
