    Bathroom Disaster

    Our cafe was buzzing with a late night crowd when our toilet drain started overflowing. Poop everywhere. We were absolutely mortified with the sheer amount of it. We evacuated everyone and called a ton of 24/7 cleaners/plumbers. Called maybe 20 numbers before thankfully reaching Amadeus from Santos. He arrived around 4 am, and basically saved the day. They spent hours fixing the problem and cleaned up the huge disgusting mess so well, we've never seen our bathrooms so clean. Every time we have a situation we call these guys. Professional, well priced, super considerate, great communicators and a pleasure to deal with!!!

    Install all plumbing in a new build

    They were great, on time , clean and finished a day early and deducted the day off of the quote. I would highly recommend this company to any one and everyone.

    Blocked Drain

    Honest, reliable, knowledgable LOVE THEM will be recommending them to everyone I know. Other big plumbing co tired to charge me more than double for the same thing. (ps. I'm a very tough critic and rarely if ever write reviews :)

    Main sewer line repair

    The sewer line leading into my house had a lot of clogging and there was a lot of bad smell coming from the sink in my bathroom. I called Santos since on their website they said they specialized in this kind of stuff. The team they sent was professional and they did a good job overall. They didn't make a huge mess and the price was good also.

    Back water valves main drains

    I have a plumbing business. I always call santos. He is trustful and he always does what has to be done. I very highly recommend santos water service and drain

    U trap removed in the drain pipe

    My toilet was clogged on January, I hired two plubmers to come, they did not solve the proplem but still charge me. Then I called Santos, Paul is very experienced and patient, he knew the problem caused by the U trap in the drain pipe in the old Toronto house. The worker also did the great job. I am very satisfied with their service.

    lawn pipe replacement

    There were some pipes from leading out of the house under my lawn that were cracked and were leaking everywhere. I spoke with Silverio after deciding to call Santos and told him to come check it out. When they came they gave me an estimate and got to work. The work they did was good and the price was less than the estimate so I can't really complain. The repair was done well and I'm satisfied with the work.

    Kitchen sink blocked

    I called Santos when our kitchen sink was blocked from grease. Got an efficient same day service. The work was done proficiently and was very satisfied with the service. Will likely call again if needed.

    Kitchen drain blockage

    I called Santos about the problem in my kitchen sink and how the smell was serious and it seemed to be blocked causing the water to drain slowly. Silverio himself came with a another repairman and they worked on it. They told me how there was a large build up of food waste and that it was resovled. They gave me a good price for their service and did the job well. My experience with Santos water was good overall.

    Installed Back Water Valve and Cleanouts.

    I was very happy with Santos Water Service and Drain. They were on time and did the job under very cold conditions. I have had no problem with water backing up since they fixed the broken pipe. Amadeus was very knowledgeable about his business and I felt very fair price wise. I had another company in the week before to snake my water backup and that didn't work and they wanted to charge more money. I am very satisfied.
