    metal roof

    I was one of the first customers that ordered the metal roofing, I knew it’s very popular in europe and wanted a high quality roof that would last. We’ve had this roof for 8 or 9 years now and it’s perfect! No problems at all, no rust, nothing! They did a good job, where on time, they did everything they promised. I would recommend them to anyone, and I have done so on multiple occasions.

    Roof Install

    Zim Group did a very good job installing our roof. They workers were prompt, they performed their duties in a timely fashion and as promised, it didn’t take longer than expected. They even took good care of our lawn, made sure it was covered and protected. They were well organized and we will really be able to tell the quality of the work once the winter weather arrives.

    twice the price of a regular roof

    They did a very good job. I am thrilled with the roof! I had some quotes from other companies before I met them at a trade show, so I knew all my options. They did such a good follow up after the show that I thought they would be a good choice for me and I have never regretted this decision. They were professional, quick, and I love my roof!

    ROOF

    We have nothing but good things to say about ZIM Group! The man (the owner I believe) who came was very professional knew what he was talking about, he went into great detail about the project. They were timely, from the moment they came to do the estimate to the time they started the work was very quick. The job was done in 2 or 3 days and was alway kept clean at the end of each day. Everything they said they would do they did. It looks amazing, no problems so far, and have had lots of compliments on the work.

    Roofing

    They did excellent work. Nice, friendly, and polite people who did a very neat job. The work that was done was exactly what I had expected. I never had to ask them to do anything, they always got to task before I had time to inquire about it. They did a good job.

    piping

    We were very happy with the work they did; it looks great, the quality is there, and the price was great. However, I have had a problem getting a hold of them to come finish some work that they had originally agreed to do. Since the roof is now higher we were told piping was needed for the exhaust pipes and they have not followed through and finished this work, which I was told would be done before snowfall. They have been hard to get a hold of and I have been giving excuses as to why this work has not been done. When the project first started they quickly got back to me, responding within hours, and now they have been difficult to reach. If deciding to work with them I would recommend getting a clear, written agreement of the work that is to be done. Overall I have been satisfied with the roof installation so far, we’ll see how winter goes, and only have problems with their accountability with the remaining work.

    metal roof

    The roof looks great and changes the looks of the house for the better. The team at Arsenal Metal were professional quick and clean up after themselves every night. Comparing metal roof to the asphalt shingles the metal roof is so superior for the price. We were very impressed with Mykola Zaloga with the way he display his technical knowledge on the proper way on installing a roof.

    new roof

    Mykola and crew did an awsome job. They showed up when they said they would, worked fast and efficiently, and completed the job much faster than I would have thought possible. It is too soon to tell if the inhouse temperature variations from season to season are as claimed but I have noticed for the first time in 15 years an actual air flow in the attic. The house looks great with its new roof and my neighbours are suitably impressed. Thank you Mykola.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR NO WORRY FOR 50 YEARS AND SAVE ENERGY WORKERS WERE SO FRIENDLY AND THEY DID A VERY NEAT JOB AND NO MESS WHAT SO EVER AND HONEST PEOPLE I WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY MAIN REASON JOB WAS EXCELLENT ROOF LOOKS BEAUTY FULL WORTH THE MONEY

    New Metal Roof from Zim Group

    Zim group recently installed a new metal roof for our home. Right now I have only positive experience. As I work in research, I started to explore roof technologies and roof technology best suited for us I found is modern metal roofs. If somebody is interesting in roof energy efficiency, you could read http://web.ornl.gov/sci/buildings/2012/B11%20papers/64_Miller.pdf for example. After choosing metal roof technology, I started to investigate modern metal roof options. We looked mostly for stone coated roofs until we found Zim group. We chosen Zim group for a product they install: non stone-coated but better metal roof technology of sweden company Areco http://www.areco.se/en/villaroof_stratos.html. And still the quote was 3-5K smaller than other 4 quotes for other stone and non-stone coated metal roofs installed by other steel roofers in our area. But even better technology needs the right installation. It is very important. Fortunately, we got a very experienced team to install the roof. The team leader installed such roofs for more decade. He has a good job attitude. He told us that a power cable to neighbor house was too close to our roof and the problem was solved by Toronto Hydro the same day. All promised was done. The team worked hard for almost 4 days and cleaned up everything after their job. Communication with Zim group representatives was quite good which was not true for some other companies. They responded my calls the same day and gave me good answers for all my questions and concerns. The job was done on schedule (it was important for us as we were going to install new eavestroughs by another company after that). Another good thing about Zim group they started all job on a short notice after signing the contract, exactly when we wanted. So after installing Zim group metal roof, I feel that home became cooler this summer we did not use air conditioner for 4 weeks after the roof installation. The attic is much cooler (before it was a sauna, now its atmosphere is close to room one). Although the roof is not cheap (it is 2.6 times more expensive than a quote we got for shingle roof from another company), I hope it will be cheaper in long run because of its longer lifetime and energy savings besides it has many other important advantages.
