    new metal roof

    I went to the CNE and saw them there. I called , it was quick and painless. They gave the quote and we set a date, when it was convenient for me. They finished the job in one day. It looks excellent. A neighbor has used them under my recommendation. They are diligent, they are accurate and they use the best materials.

    new metal roof

    I saw Zim at the Home Show. I called them, they visited my house, gave a quote. I had a couple of other quotes, their costs were similar but I decided to choose Zim because the salesman was honest and knew his stuff. They took just over a week to finish the project.

    new metal roof

    I needed a roof and began to do some research. Asphalt shingles come with a 15 year guarantee, but they dont always last that long. A metal roof is a lifetime roof. I liked that, it is environmentally friendly. No more shingles going to landfill. I had a couple of companies come by with prices, this group answered all my questions and concerns, they were more than happy to help. The yard outside was kept spotless for the 3.5 days they were there, you would never know that someone had been there all day working.

    new metal roof

    I googled for a company to do a roof. I visited their pages and made some phone calls. I got an estimate for a shingled roof and they also showed me a metal roof. It was too much more money. I then got to thinking that I liked the idea of a metal roof and everything I read about them made me want to investigate further. I found Zim who gave a good quote. They were excellent, they cleaned up daily, they were nice workers, polite too.

    new aluminum roof

    I had a few companies come give me quotes but I was impressed by the person who came from Zim Group. He was professional, had a look at the house and gave suggestions that no one else thought of. He was very knowledgeable. He also noticed that we needed a new downspout. All the prices were comparable , Zim was in the middle.

    new metal roof

    I studied up on what kind of roof I wanted to get. I sent e mails to probably 10 different places but chose Zim Group in the end. The owner came and showed me samples of the materials, explained that they came from Austria. I liked the idea of using metal as it is durable and adjusts to temperatures well. I viewed some of his finished jobs before making my final decision. It is a lot of money to spend and wanted to know that I was getting good value.

    new metal roof

    did some research first. I got some quotes from a few places. Zim had a good price, very competitive with the others. They framed over the old roof and applied the metal. I have no complaints they were good to their word.

    new metal roof

    Zim installed a roof on my mothers house. I liked the look of it. We still shopped around some but ended up with Zim because their finish roofs looked better. It is more elegant looking than most. I am proud of it.The workers were respectful and clean. My neighbor has already hired them to do their too.

    Metal Roof

    I was very happy with how Mykola was able to explain the advantages of a metal roof and why the metal roof from ZIM was better than other metal roofs. The cost was also very competitive as compared to other roofing companies. The work was started very promptly and was completed within a couple of days. The installation was completed back in August 2013. My only minor issue was that a small portion of the excess wood and scrap shingles from my old roof were left under the metal roof, so I'm not sure if that will cause any issues with mold build-up or with the overall ventilation. Overall, I'm happy with the workmanship and the roof looks great.

    Roof

    I had Zim Group put up a new metal roof on my house. They where on time efficient and when they where done the work the first day there was a chance of snow, so they wrapped and secured the roof with a tarp to make sure I had no issues. It did snow the next day and I am glad they took the extra precaution so I had no leaks. The job was finished a few days later and I am so happy with the job and how it looks. It totally transformed my house and I love it, great job to the crew (Alex) and Zim group.
