Very efficient in the install of my roof. Clean up was well done. In the end curb appeal is the best. Saving money with heat and a/c through the seasons help. Thanks again guys.

When Ande found Zim roofing online I thought: "great, a tin roof is going cost a fortune". Then we found it it was going to be less than shingles. One company wanted $12,000 for shingles! My next concern was the noise in a rainstorm. Zim provided customers in our area and the first Zim owner we talked to said it was quieter than shingles. While I was working in Mississauga I made an impromptu visit to Zim's warehouse and they gladly gave me a tour of the facility. That was when I knew Zim was reputable. I was sold. Less expensive, longer lasting and quieter than shingles? The roof lived up to everything Zim promised. Even the contractor was honest. When he discovered that some of our fascia boards were badly rotted he took me up to show me the boards and I gave him the go ahead to replace them. We highly recommend a Zim roof.

We liked the curb appearance the Zim roof has which also adds to the 3 in. air space between the old and new roof. Zims ventilation system provides air flow under the new steel and over and under the existing roof resulting in a cooler dryer attic. I climbed into the attic when the ridge boards were opened up and confirmed flow from the soffets and fiber filters. We feel the installation was done professionally with safety and quality workmanship attained. We have sustained high winds and rain since without any noise from the tiles. I cannot comment on any savings heating or A/C as the installation is less then a year old. We paid app. 2 1/2 times the cost of shingling but the Zim roof has increased our home value more. With a transferable written 50yr warranty on this product, you can take that to the bank.
